“It’s not a toomah.”
This week on Millennial Meets Gen Z: 90’s Edition, we’re diving into Kindergarten Cop (1990)—the action-comedy that gave us Arnold Schwarzenegger as a kindergarten teacher… and somehow made it work.
Before we get into the movie, Allison shares a very real self-defense story that didn’t exactly go as planned (featuring an unexpected 2nd degree black belt 😅).
Then we rewind Kindergarten Cop—following Detective John Kimble as he goes undercover in a classroom full of chaos to track down a dangerous criminal.
We’re talking:
💥 Arnold’s iconic one-liners
🎒 The chaos of kindergarten (and why it actually works)
😂 The moments that still hold up
🎬 The mix of action, comedy, and heart
Plus—Hannah’s first real introduction to Arnold, and whether this one still lands today.
