Good morning and welcome back to Creative Parenting Club.
This week, we’re joined by Beatrice “Bea” Rodriguez, Head of Brand Marketing at Horizn Studios, a Berlin-based travel company.
Like many great parent friendships, we originally met Bea through our kids going to the same Kindergarten. Over time, conversations during drop-offs and pick-ups turned into playground hangouts and have now advanced all the way to podcast interviews.
In our podcast, Bea reflects on how becoming a parent changed her relationship with creativity and brought back something she felt she had lost: the ability to play. We also talk about Bea’s background in gymnastics and acrobatics, the practical side of creative work, experimenting with AI, and what happens when you suddenly have an evening to yourself as a parent.
You can read Part 1 of our conversation with Bea below. If you’d like to hear the full version, press play above to listen to the complete episode.
On a program-related note, this will be our FINAL episode of the Creative Parenting Podcast. We’re transforming Creative Parenting Club and will be moving all of our email communications over to our new Kinder Rave newsletter as of the end of this month (September 2026). We want to thank everyone who has supported CPC until now, and we look forward to continuing the conversation in the Kinder Rave Universe.
If you’re subscribed to Creative Parenting Club, you’ll be moved over to the Kinder Rave Universe list by default. If that’s not your thing, feel free to unsubscribe at any time.
Thank you for being here. As always, we hope this episode brings you a sense of belonging and reminds you that creativity and family life belong side-by-side.
