Listen Notes does not guarantee that each data point will include all attributes listed on listennotes.com/podcast-datasets/fields/. Some data points may be missing certain attributes (e.g., email, Spotify URL, Listen Score, etc.). Additionally, Listen Notes does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. You are responsible for verifying the data before use.

Use of the Data

There are no limitations on using the data, except that you cannot use the data in any infringing, defamatory, harmful, fraudulent, illegal, deceptive, threatening, harassing, or obscene way.

Redistribution of Data

You may publish, share, and distribute analysis and aggregate statistics derived from the data. You agree to notify Listen Notes in the event that any research based on the data becomes publicly available. Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, you may not license, sublicense, sell, offer to sell, distribute or otherwise provide any Listen Notes data to any third parties.
