In today's episode I interview Melissa Armstrong! Melissa is a wife, boy mom x2, fellow Christian and a Faith based Identity + Mindset Coach.
She helps women uncover those hidden beliefs, renew them with God's truth, and help their nervous systems feel safe again so they can experience lasting healing without pills or procedures.
In this episode we talked about her story of how she got to where she is now in business, the traumatic experiences she went through to find this way of healing herself first hand, her unique process in combining faith and identify to help women find real healing, and the tangible steps she recommends all of us take to regulate and keep our minds and bodies healthy and calm.
If you are a mommy business owner who wants learn more about finding healing from anxiety and overwhelm, and to learn more about regulating your nervous system with all that you do and manage every day - this episode is for you!
TRIGGER WARNING (and in case you're listening with kids): Melissa does share about traumatic experiences such as drug addiction, abuse, and family members passing away.
