In this episode, we dive into the powerful connection between food and life itself, through a conversation from our last Inner Circle Wellness Intensive — a beautiful reflection led by Daniel Ríos Romero, our community leader.
So many of us learned early on that food equals comfort, guilt, or control. We were taught to eat out of fear of not having enough or to fill emotional voids rather than nourish our souls.
But when we begin to see food as sacred — as energy, love, and life itself — everything begins to change.Daniel takes us on a deep journey into the emotional, ancestral, and spiritual layers of our relationship with food.
He shares stories, insights, and a guided meditation that invites you to experience every bite with presence, intention, and reverence.
You’ll discover how slowing down, transforming guilt into gratitude, and honoring what you consume can awaken a new level of peace — in your body, your mind, and your heart. If you’ve ever struggled with overeating, guilt, or disconnection from your body, this episode will help you remember that food is not just nourishment .it’s a sacred conversation with life itself.
