In the second of four campfire conversations, Bron and Lil from Project Sustainability Collective return to the question that closed their first episode: if learning is ecological, what does that mean for learning for sustainability?
Knowledge about water, waste and caring for living things matters. But Bron and Lil suggest that creating sustainable futures asks for something more. In this episode, they explore what changes when people learn together, why the opportunity to contribute needs to be genuine, and what this might mean for the role of the educator.
They also consider where learning for sustainability actually happens, and invite you to look again at the everyday moments in your own setting.
If you haven't heard the first conversation yet, we recommend starting there.
