How to Create a Revenue Rhythm Builds a Full Client Pipeline with Julia Taylor
Do you know what you should be doing every single day to bring in your next client? Not someday... right now?
Julia Taylor, founder and CEO of Geek Pack, built her Revenue Rhythm system after asking a room full of successful entrepreneurs that exact question - and getting no clear answer. In this episode, she shares the whole framework, and Shannon and Julia get real about what's actually worked in their businesses, the hard years they've both navigated, and why in-person connection is becoming the most valuable thing you can invest in.
Whether you're riding the feast-or-famine rollercoaster, watching your referrals slow down, or just realizing that being busy isn't the same as building a pipeline - this conversation will give you a clear, actionable place to start.
What You'll Learn:
-
Why relying on current clients and referrals alone is riskier than it used to be
-
The daily, weekly, and monthly Revenue Rhythm that keeps a pipeline full
-
How to look back at your own revenue history to identify behaviors that actually worked
-
Why relationship building - not your website - is your most reliable marketing strategy
-
The "sacred cow" problem and how to let go of what used to work
-
Why in-person connection may be the most AI-proof business investment right now
