Listener note highlight
James’ message on sudden job loss, identity, and that awful Friday 4pm calendar drop. If you’re in it: you’re not alone, it does pass, and keeping routine (sleep, training, tiny wins) helps.
A frighteningly sophisticated two-caller bank scam: one scammer with you on the phone, the other simultaneously with your bank so the security texts appear legit in your real SMS thread. Golden rule: hang up and call your bank back on the number on your card.
