Do you find it hard to say “No”?
Are you ever doing extra work (for free) because you didn’t push back?
Or maybe you feel frustrated because people take advantage of your desire to do good work and help others?
Or perhaps you’re just sick of feeling like a doormat.
Well take off your shoes and make yourself comfortable, because this week’s episode of Professional Superheroes is all about Boundaries: How to make them, set them and make them.
In this episode, Freddie covers:
- What boundaries are
- The secret boundary golden rules
- A foolproof way to know when you need to set stronger boundaries
- And how you can communicate boundaries better.
If you want to grow your business and live your life on your terms, this is not to be missed.
