Is it just me or is it getting kinda distorted up in here?! Everyone on the planet has warped little brain thoughts every now and then, but some of us have them in Commander, so this week, the Space Commanders need James and Walt to take you through the most common cognitive distortions so you'll know how to recognise them! Then, we'll show you what a mental Pact of Negation looks like... It's time to Get Commanded!
This podcast is recorded on Wurundjeri Country. This land was stolen, and sovereignty was never ceded. This always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.
