Gerry (2002) with Allan McLeod

We're ROCK MAROONED! This week Jack and Corey are joined by the hilarious Allan McLeod (Walkin' About Podcast, Drunk History, You're The Worst) to talk Gus Van Sant's slow-cinema buddy movie GERRY (2002)! The three talk Walkin' Movies, getting "Gerried", The Death Trilogy, claustrophobia in the desert, slow cinema, LA landmarks, Allan's cinefile friend Garrison, dirt mattresses, snacks of the movie, game shows, dog foot, Matt Damon's good storytelling, Casey Affleck's good tired acting, filming in a record breaking heatwave, toxic masculinity, dual personalities, DVDs Jack got on his 12th birthday, and pressing play on great movies.
