What happens when the prayer you prayed in desperation becomes the moment God answers — in a way you never expected?
“Though He Fall” Scott Mitchell has a journey through surrender, loss, and a ministry he did not see coming. Find out how an evening out with friends lead to a fall, paralysis, and a ministry that no one could have designed but God!
Pastor Scott Mitchell was a Bible college student who had surrendered to the call of ministry, only to find himself sliding into backsliding, ego, and spiritual emptiness. In a desperate midnight prayer, he laid everything on the altar — even his legs. Three nights later, he fell off a cliff in the dark mountains of Tennessee, broke his spine, and woke up paralyzed from the chest down.
But instead of despair, Scott found joy.
In this powerful episode of the More Than Conquerors podcast, host Lou Lepore sits down with Pastor Scott Mitchell — author, church planter, keynote speaker, and 45-year veteran of life in a wheelchair — to talk about calling, rebellion, brokenness, restoration, and the relentless faithfulness of God. Scott's story will challenge you to stop running from your breaking point and trust the One who orders every step.
