Juggling Technique: Standing Still vs. Moving

Summary (by my AI robot)

Cyril discusses two approaches to juggling: standing still to control toss directions and moving with the juggling for rhythm and flow. Standing still, with feet hip-distance apart and grounded, helps improve accuracy by limiting movement, though it may initially increase frustration. Moving while juggling, especially at higher heights, allows for better rhythm and flow but requires less directional precision. Cyril suggests using both techniques, focusing on posture and rhythm, and adapting based on the practice stage and goals. He personally spends about 80% of their time standing still and 20% moving, adjusting based on fatigue and learning new tricks.
