💬 'Are You On Brand'

Hello! I’d like to start by apologising for the terrible picture quality on my side, no idea what happened there, as it did NOT look like that during the live! Also for my recent inconsistencies with these ‘live’ chats. I have tried really hard to stick to a regular schedule, I don’t know why I find it so difficult! 🤦🏽‍♀️

Please Note: This chat was recorded on Substack ‘Live’ on 23rd June 2026

Anyway, you may or may not have noticed/give a shit that I did NOT in fact speak to Helen Morris last week (Tuesday 16th June), as stated in my last one of these posts. I can’t even tell you why now, but I can only assume I was contending with yet another migraine or fatigue/kid’s demands or something like that. I will endeavour to book Helen back in because I would really like to chat to her. ☺️

My Guest This Week

My ‘live’ chat this week was with the lovely Fliss Lee - Brand Coach and Strategist, and Founder of Honest Folk - “helping you bridge the gap between where you are now, and the next level of your business, whatever that looks like for you.”

“Honest Folk exists to demystify the world of “brand”, join the dots that are in your head, and help you lean into what makes you, ‘you’.”

I discovered Fliss through her online community - On Brand - “A space for creative business owners to regularly work on their business, with structure, support, and momentum behind you.”

💬What We Chatted About

* Breaking away from the “shoulds” when it comes to running our own businesses
