About Katie Melor:
Katie Mellor is an Operations Partner for founders who have built something real and are tired of being the one holding every part of it together. She spent six years at an energy consultancy, working her way up from office manager to finance manager to business manager, side by side with the founder and running operations, marketing, administration and HR. In the 14 years since going self-employed, she has supported more than 500 clients and set up over 200 systems, from one-off strategy audits through hands-on builds in ClickUp, Dubsado, Airtable and GoHighLevel, to ongoing operational partnership. Everything she knows is hands-on experience, not theory. Her position is blunt: poor operations cost a business money, and she fixes that. Katie is direct, practical and firmly in her clients' corner. Away from work, she hunts for sea glass and gives every book five chapters to hook her before it's abandoned.
