Joseph Parkinson (born 11 June 1971 in Eccles, Lancashire) is an English former footballer, who is currently assistant manager at Hartlepool United.As a player, Parkinson played in the Premier League for Everton, while with the club he won the FA Cup in 1995. He also played for Wigan Athletic and AFC Bournemouth. After retiring, Parkinson has been a coach at Shrewsbury Town and is currently assistant manager at Hartlepool United.
