BU BÖLÜM HAKKINDA
In the first episode of the podcast, our co-founder Melissa talks about her experiences of returning to work after both her children.
She talks about the reality of US maternity leave (spoiler alert: it's worse than you think) and how she and her family navigated that together.
She talks about some of the very real, practical challenges of a comparatively short maternity leave e.g. finding clothes that fit and dealing with a lack of sleep - and also some of the skills this shift taught her, including learning the importance of looking after yourself and re-establishing what ambition looks like.
