BU BÖLÜM HAKKINDA
Join us for the next Be Real, Get Real - Real Women Sharing Real Stories About Their Ups, Their Downs, Their Journey, and Their Transformations. This week, Elisa Calosso, she is on a mission to help professionals and entrepreneurs prevent burnout, relieve stress and anxiety, and work on the root of their issues and triggers. For many years, she was a prisoner of panic attacks, anxiety, and insomnia, all while maintaining a successful career in Human Resources. She felt like she was suffering in silence, and the weight of her emotions seemed unbearable. She vividly remembers a moment when her neurologist told her, "I don't know what else to do with you, Elisa, other than increase your medication." It felt like she had lost a battle, but deep inside, she remained motivated to turn her story into an example that could help others facing similar challenges. She was determined not to let more people experience what she had gone through.
