Things popped off hard with his performance in "High Art", and I realized I already liked this guy when I was a teenager and watching Hal Hartley movies on IFC.Robert John Burke gets out of jail for manslaughter and everyone in his town knows he is a killer. He gets work as a mechanic and falls in love with the daughter of his boss. He's surrounded by interesting characters who say interesting things. This is Bill Sage's first movie and also Hal Hartley's. #halhartley #billsage #ifc #robertjohnburke #Adrienneshelly #podcast #filmography
