BU BÖLÜM HAKKINDA
Leadership. What a snooze. This is a word that feels stuffy and boring to a lot of wild-hearted, spiritually minded explorers. But strong, confident leadership – rooted in values and beliefs that center the well-being of all beings – is exactly what we need right now.
There comes a point on the spiritual path where healing stops being expansion and starts being the place you hide so you can stay small.
In this episode of We Are Standing on the Edge, I’m speaking directly to the high-functioning, spiritually seasoned leaders (the therapists, facilitators, healers, entrepreneurs, caregivers, and professionals who have been doing the work) holding it down for everyone else... And yet in your own life things have stalled out. Maybe you're battling health issues, or ping-ponging back and forth between depression and anxiety so fast your head is spinning.
Endless self-development, plant medicine journeys, certifications, shadow work, and integration cycles have become a sophisticated form of spiritual perfectionism that's stealing the very thing we claim to treasure most. Our presence.
Awareness is necessary, but that alone will never initiate you into embodied leadership. The real question isn’t whether you still need healing. It’s whether you are willing to step into the realm of leadership your soul came here for.
