When it comes to our struggles in life, who are we really battling? Are we battling our emotions or how we respond to our emotions? Are we fighting the outside world or are we fighting how we see the outside world?

In this episode I explore historical thinkers like Carl Jung, Viktor Frankl, and Alan Watts and their perspectives on duality, consciousness, the human spirit, evil, and love as well as my own experiences when it came to hitting rock bottom, anger, and figuring out my own inner demons.
