BU BÖLÜM HAKKINDA
What if you don’t need to do more to create greater momentum?
What if you need to pull back long enough to see what is working, what no longer belongs, and what deserves your full energy next?
After a wonderfully full—and admittedly wild—summer, Allison began looking at her business through a different lens. She created space, ruthlessly evaluated what the company was carrying, and established extreme clarity for herself and her team around the next chapter of She Believed She Could.
In this episode, Allison shares the three decisions that are reshaping the remainder of her year and challenges listeners to consider whether constant movement is taking them closer to the future they want—or simply keeping them busy.
This conversation is for the woman with a full calendar, a growing vision, and the sense that something needs to become clearer before she moves forward.
Memorable Moments From the Episode
“There was only one week all summer that we were home for the whole week. It was a lot, but it’s also what I prayed for. I’m incredibly grateful that we were able to do so many things together as a family.”
“What if the most powerful thing you could do to move forward is pull back—not quit, not abandon the vision, but intentionally create enough space to see what’s actually working and what no longer deserves your energy?”
“We convince ourselves that movement is momentum, but they are not the same thing. You can be moving constantly and still not be moving in the right direction. You can have a full calendar and an empty strategy.”
“Creating space can save you months or even years of pursuing the wrong priorities. White space is not wasted space. White space is where we reconnect with the vision.”
“Where do I need to stop pushing long enough to see clearly? Maybe you need to stop saying yes to every opportunity and determine which ones actually support the future you want.”
“Sometimes we pull back because we’re afraid, but sometimes we pull back because we’re preparing to leap—and those are two completely different things.”
“For every part of our business, I began placing it into one of four categories: Do we keep it, merge it, pause it, or eliminate it? Growth is not always about addition. Very often, growth requires subtraction.”
“Sometimes the bravest decision is to acknowledge that something was right for a previous season, but it isn’t necessarily right for the next one. History is not always a reason to continue.”
“We’re building an integrated ecosystem that supports ambitious, impact-driven women through a clear path that strengthens five areas of growth: mindset, messaging, marketing, monetization, and momentum.”
“Clarity does not mean knowing every step. It means knowing the next right step and being willing to take it. ICONIC stands for Intentionally Creating Our Next Incredible Chapters—and that’s exactly what this season represents to me.”
