BU BÖLÜM HAKKINDA
Welcome back to Not Your Basic Influencers Podcast! Elyce and Leah here, two (kinda) basic women and licensed mental health professionals influencing you on the sh*t that really matters.
Today we get to chat with Caleb Campbell. Caleb Campbell is a former NFL player who decided to walk away from his childhood dream as a professional athlete when he realized the life that he wanted was not the life he had. In our conversation, Caleb describes the burnout he experienced while chasing touchdowns and achievements. Caleb opens up about his own healing journey and how he has learned to find meaning in stillness. Caleb is available for speaking, workshops and content creation with the goal of facilitating brave conversations about mental health and embracing uncertainty. You can find Caleb on Instagram @caleb_campbell or learn more through his website www.calebcampbell.me
