My journey is not over and there are challenges everyday, but, I am also growing based on these 6 principles.
We also need to be clear that as much as organisation, reading, gratitude and engagement are ways that can be achieved mentally, we ask that all listeners discuss with a GP or doctor before making any big changes to their diet or exercise based on the discussions, ideas and guests views on the podcast, when considering nutrition and activity changes.
