In this episode, we talk to some of the movers and shakers activating spaces for Adelaide Fringe. We discuss the difficulties in being an all year round venue existing in the festival landscape or just ‘popping up’ and needing to gain access/ occupancy of vacant buildings on a short term basis. Hosted by Lisa Waite (Artists and Venues Coorindator) with Marcel Blanch-de Wilt & Ele Stankiewicz (Disco Turtle Productions), Paul Boylon (La Bohème) and representatives froms Adelaide City Council. Recorded at the 2019 Adelaide Fringe. We acknowledge that this was recorded on the traditional country of the Kaurna people of the Adelaide Plains and we pay respects to Elders past and present.
