I reflect on emotional manipulation, self-devaluation, financial entanglement, and the moment God revealed what I couldn’t see before. What I once called love was a trauma bond—and naming it changed everything.
If truth is being revealed in your life, it may not be destruction.
It may be God saving you.
You are seen.
You are loved.
And you are not alone.
