In this episode, Mitch offers a joyful invitation to recognize the profound truth that something is everything. Every person, every tree, every breath, every moment is a unique expression of the same infinite Source—the cosmic symphony of existence.
Through the wisdom of Om Namah Shivaya, he explores the difference between living from the restless strategies of the Wanter and Problem Solver Mind, and resting in the unconditional love that is our true nature. As we release the need for approval, certainty, and control, we begin to discover that nothing is separate. The "something" we call ourselves is inseparable from the "everything" of life itself.
This is an invitation to remember the heart of being—to directly experience the wild and lovely Grace flowing through everyone and everything, and to awaken to the elegant wholeness that has always been here.
