Welcome to a new series of the Progressing Lives Everywhere Podcast, hosted by Andy Barrow. He will present to you a series of short chats inspired by the idea of mindset, motivation, habits, hacks- all with the ideas of Progressing each day!
In this first episode, he is talking to Lee Grantham - someone who Andy has known for around 18-20 years.
Lee is a former top level head-hunter and all-round athlete who returned to running just over a decade ago and is now an elite ultra-runner. This culminated in Lee winning a 100km race in Italy this year, becoming the first Briton to do so in over 40 years.
This episode is an insightful listen for those who are looking to achieve elite levels of excellence.
