00:00:09
Speaker 1: Hey there, everybody, and welcome to your Friday morning run. Yes, it's Friday, September 18th. I'm Amy Robach.
00:00:16
Speaker 2: And I'm TJ Holmes, and it's Friday, September 18th. It's going to be one of the biggest challenges this weekend of our relationship. Check in on us on Monday to see if we are still, still together because Georgia-Arkansas playing tomorrow. They don't play that often, but our alma maters are getting together tomorrow. We will be there for this game, and we'll see how things go.
00:00:39
Speaker 1: Georgia's ranked number two. What's Arkansas ranked?
00:00:43
Speaker 2: 314, maybe?
00:00:45
Speaker 1: No, I promise not to be obnoxious.
00:00:48
Speaker 2: No, no, no. You're going to be surrounded by all of our Arkansas folks.
00:00:51
Speaker 1: And they're all lovely.
00:00:51
Speaker 2: And they love you. Yes, and they love you and they get it. This is SEC competition. It's all good. But another... Football is back. So we've got another football weekend. Looking forward to it. And we get to go to our first game of the year.
00:01:02
Speaker 1: This is the first time we've ever attended a Georgia-Arkansas game. They have not faced off in years.
00:01:08
Speaker 2: That's true.
00:01:08
Speaker 1: So this is very exciting. I think way back when on GMA3, they faced off and we had a little fun with it on the show. But... Neither one of us were attending the game, so this is really a big, fun, special weekend for us.
00:01:20
Speaker 2: Fayetteville, we will see you shortly and wherever you may be in the world. We're glad you're spending a little time here with us. Yes, we are going to be making several stops today, including, yes, in Fayetteville, Arkansas, also in D.C., Philadelphia, Beijing, the U.K., and we'll also stop by the nursery at Lady Gaga's house. We'll explain that story as best we can with what details we do have.
00:01:44
Speaker 1: A few? Not a lot.
00:01:46
Speaker 2: Does she even have a baby?
00:01:49
Speaker 1: There have been sightings.
00:01:50
Speaker 2: We'll explain what's going on there. But we have to start in Philadelphia with a developing story in Robes. It's scary to think just how much more there is potentially to what is a house of cards. horrors that's been discovered in Philadelphia.
00:02:02
Speaker 1: Yeah, there's no other way to describe it. Seven missing women have now been linked to this massive investigation of a man and his son. They may turn out to be a father-son serial killer duo. 44-year-old Eugene Horsch right now is in federal custody. He is facing gun and drug charges. While this investigation continues, his father, Raymond R.C. Horsch, died last year at the age of 82. Now, we know Horsch was a pornographic filmmaker and photographer, but investigators believe both he and his son may be responsible for the deaths of multiple women.
00:02:40
Speaker 2: And Rose, not because they found bodies, but because they found these women on all these videos. And they believe, based on what they see in the videos, that at least, what, five women are dead. Yes. They think they see dead women on these videos. Robes a million digital images. They say they have to go through showing injured, unconscious. And yes, lifeless women, the images that led authorities to identify and believe that several of the missing women are no longer alive through all those images and robes. What did you say? The 30% they've gone through?
00:03:14
Speaker 1: They've only gone through 30% of the images right now the FBI going through. I mean, imagine. I can't even get my head around more than a million images. digital files they're having to go through right now, in addition to the house itself. 30-some barrels of unknown substance were found in the basement. They have no bodies, but they have all of this stuff they've got to go through. Right now, police are asking anyone who's been inside this home. They're giving the address, 417 West Chew Avenue in Philadelphia. If you've been to that house, if you have any information on anyone who's been to that home, They want to know. They've also found five urns with ashes inside the home. There is going to be a lot more to this story, and we go through all of the details. We're going to have a full episode on this later on our feed. I believe it will be the next episode, so please stay tuned for that.
00:04:00
Speaker 2: There's also going to be another fuller episode we do about the king, King Charles, because his, what, former brother-in-law is talking. And talking a lot, more excerpts from the upcoming book from Lady Di's brother, Charles Spencer, have been released. Now, the first excerpt they put out, Robes, from the book itself, caused the palace to have to put out what is a very rare statement. Look, they are being written about and talked about every single day. They can't respond to everything. A bunch of books are written. They don't give comments on every book. They didn't give comments on Prince Harry's book.
00:04:36
Speaker 1: Correct.
00:04:37
Speaker 2: They spoke on this one.
00:04:38
Speaker 1: Yes, they did, and they did make it clear. I think it's funny when they say we don't comment on books as a matter of principle, and then they went on to comment about it.
00:04:45
Speaker 2: Just leave that line out.
00:04:46
Speaker 1: Why? It's like, no offense, but you're going to offend me right now.
00:04:50
Speaker 2: As soon as you start.
00:04:50
Speaker 1: As soon as you start a statement.
00:04:52
Speaker 2: I don't mean to be rude, but.
00:04:54
Speaker 1: You're about to be rude. While we do not comment on books as a matter of principle, we're about to comment. His Majesty is mindful that the pain of fraternal grief can cloud reason, affect judgment, and color memory in ways others do not recognize, even many years after such a loss. A.K.A. Charles Spencer is lying.
00:05:13
Speaker 2: Yes, he was lying based on that first excerpt, which was about Charles Spencer saying that the then prince actually said immediately after Princess dies that said to him, the world would forget about her soon enough. That was the headline we got from the first excerpt. We go, whoa, that's crazy. And then ropes, he started dropping more and more and more.
00:05:34
Speaker 1: He provides fuller context to what led up to that statement. He also said that Prince Charles sounded giddily elated like a lottery winner in a phone call about the death of Princess Diana. So that is tough to overcome when you have the brother of Princess Diana giving full detail details about King Charles' specific reaction and reaction from within the royal family. None of it good, but all of it highly digestible. This is going to be a bestseller immediately. All right, next up on the run, will they demolish it or not? The fate of the Kennedy Center appears to be up in the air right now.
00:06:14
Speaker 2: Yeah, a spokesperson now telling us that, quote, nothing is being demolished, despite what we have been seeing in some headlines. but had to put out that statement after the president himself said that the center might be, and I quote, ripped down. He said it might be ripped down if he is not allowed to put his name on the building. We know this back and forth has been going on. The board has once again voted trying to put his name up there in some inscription to give him credit robes for any renovation and restoration to the center. So he is threatening to hold up money. No, not threatening. He said he won't be helping with the renovation, won't be helping to raise the money if they don't let his name go on the building.
00:06:51
Speaker 1: A federal judge yesterday ruled that the Trump administration must give the court a 30-day notice before any changes, and that would include demolition. The judge also ordered that the administration must give him a detailed explanation of why the center is currently closed. They claim it's unsafe, that tourists could be killed by falling beams.
00:07:13
Speaker 2: They actually said that?
00:07:14
Speaker 1: Yes, they did.
00:07:15
Speaker 2: Because some part of the ceiling did fall, they've been using that... That video over and over on social media. But yes, saying somebody would have died. The worker that was there, the president had a ton. He was there seconds earlier.
00:07:26
Speaker 1: Yes, it was a dramatic explanation.
00:07:28
Speaker 2: Yes, indeed. The face still up in the air. Continuing on the run here now, let's go down to the state of Alabama. Last night, Jeffrey Lee was executed there for a 1998 double murder at a pawn shop. This execution was previously scheduled for June, but there were issues with how they were going to kill him there through nitrogen gas. So he got a reprieve until last night, in which he was then killed by lethal injection. As always, of interest, Roe, his last words, quote, All is well. I just want to say to my family, I love them. To my brothers on life, Roe, I love them. And that was it. This is Alabama's second execution of the year?
00:08:04
Speaker 1: Correct. It's so interesting he calls it life, Roe. We all call it death, Roe. They call it life, Roe. Didn't realize that. All right, next up on the ROM, the show is still scheduled to go on. for Ed Sheeran tomorrow night in Philly. Tomorrow will be his first show since Macklemore was dumped from the tour after his Free Palestine comments drew a backlash. You'll remember every single one of his opening acts has also withdrawn from the tour, so you're going to get Ed Sheeran and more Ed Sheeran, you Philly folks.
00:08:35
Speaker 2: I might not mind that.
00:08:36
Speaker 1: You know, maybe not, but multiple outlets are reporting now that ticket prices, you asked about this yesterday, are plummeting. Plenty of seats still available, et cetera, et cetera. Some of these seats are $ 65 now. That actually makes me feel sick. We went to the one in MetLife. I paid a lot more than $ 65 for our tickets. I thought they were going to be sold out. I mean, we had a full, a packed MetLife Stadium. I don't think there was an empty seat. That was a sold-out show.
00:09:04
Speaker 2: Thank you for the tickets.
00:09:05
Speaker 1: It was worth the price of admission.
00:09:07
Speaker 2: There was no chance those tickets were going to be $ 65. so i don't even know what you're talking now i'm upset yeah stop it's okay okay but still uh mclemore though the story continues here because we did get word from mclemore that he is donating his million dollar tour paycheck entirely to palestinian causes he asked robert craft the owner of the new england patriots and who's in charge of gillette stadium stadium and the guy who called ed sheeran and said hey i'm not gonna let you play here if this guy is on Your lineup, yes, Robert Kraft, he asked him to match the donations. Robe's not clear.
00:09:41
Speaker 1: Unclear.
00:09:42
Speaker 2: If Robert Kraft is actually going to match what Macklemore's saying or what Ed Sheeran apparently asked him to do as well, but that's up in the air. But donations, others are coming in.
00:09:52
Speaker 1: That's right. Miss Rachel is pledging, and she's been outspoken against Ed Sheeran for his Switzerland stance, but she is pledging. to match Macklemore's donation, and she is urging other rich white people to do the same. Literally, this is what she said. I will match Macklemore's donation, and I invite every wealthy white celebrity to match it and speak out against the genocide in Gaza. Over 20,000 precious Palestinian children have been killed in and children continue to be killed every day. We have a moral obligation to use our privilege and platforms to protect children and human rights. Obviously, she has a very big voice among parents, among children, and she has been a lover and educator of kids, and so this is a cause near and dear to her heart.
00:10:36
Speaker 2: And, you know, she has spoken out plenty in the past. I don't know a whole lot about her. This is her thing. This is good for her. Good on her to use her platform. But stay with us here on this Friday morning run when we come back. Robes' favorite story of the day, I do believe. And when you hear it, you're going to go, ugh, why is that her favorite story? Also coming up, more from 60 Minutes. No, they didn't get a great start ratings-wise, but they got a big get for their next major interview. We will explain. And the new name of Lady Gaga's new baby. Allegedly.
00:11:22
Speaker 1: Welcome back, everyone, to your Friday morning run. And yes, this is, I'm going to give you a little bit of a warning. This is a disgusting story. And if you Google this, just be ready.
00:11:35
Speaker 2: To see the photos that accompany it.
00:11:36
Speaker 1: Oh, it's not that bad. It's pretty gross. It makes you a little, some people get a visceral reaction to seeing this.
00:11:44
Speaker 2: It's because we're runners and we have more of a concept and we have seen things similar to this. You're going to see it if you're a runner. A distance runner at some point.
00:11:51
Speaker 1: Some people wear Depends when they run marathons because they don't want to stop for the bathroom. And when you run for that long or you compete that hard, I should say, yes, things happen.
00:12:01
Speaker 2: And when you are trying to do, you've been training for five or six months, you're trying to get a personal record on this, you are not going to waste even seconds to stop at a porta potty.
00:12:10
Speaker 1: But your body's going to do what your body's going to do sometimes.
00:12:13
Speaker 2: And you're going to cooperate or not.
00:12:15
Speaker 1: And that's what happened to an Australian athlete. She was competing in a prestigious race that was recently in Beijing. She is now having to apologize, and she's also giving up her first place finish. She is checking out of the competition because of the unfortunate circumstances surrounding her victory. 24-year-old Joanna Vyachik pooped her pants while she was on the course competing in what's called the 16-24 High Rocks event.
00:12:48
Speaker 2: Okay, is this the thing? I've seen stuff like this where it's part running and then you're doing endurance exercises. So it's very taxing.
00:12:57
Speaker 1: And the explosion happened when she was doing burpees.
00:12:59
Speaker 2: Why do you say explosion?
00:13:00
Speaker 1: Because that is what it was.
00:13:02
Speaker 2: You made it.
00:13:02
Speaker 1: An explosion while she was doing burpees. By the way, she's getting death threats. She's getting hate. She's gone into hiding. Yes, because people were so upset in China and around the world because they say she endangered other athletes. because of her fecal material running down her legs, then she was using equipment that was shared in an indoor facility. And she got, because at first she was like, got to do what you got to do. A win is still a win.
00:13:31
Speaker 2: Oh, she was bragging about the, okay. She had to take down the social media post.
00:13:34
Speaker 1: She got eviscerated online. And only then did she decide on Thursday evening to give back her first, her winning title.
00:13:44
Speaker 2: Missed that detail. Yes. I missed that detail.
00:13:46
Speaker 1: She was kind of like, oh well.
00:13:47
Speaker 2: This is totally different.
00:13:48
Speaker 1: And now she's like, I mean, her apology statement. We're going to do a full episode on this later in the feed because she is now having to completely change her tone, say that there were lessons learned. She had to.
00:14:02
Speaker 2: Apologize to the Chinese people. Why would you be bragging about that? I am mortified that this took place. And yet there's a way to explain ropes. People do this and sometimes they can't help this. So do it voluntarily. But folks, when you're running for 13 miles or 26 miles, man, that stomach, if you ain't got what, if you didn't eat over the past two, three days.
00:14:25
Speaker 1: Well with you or you can't even explain it. Sometimes it's a thing. Runners are always worried about it. It's, it's a challenge when you are working out that hard.
00:14:35
Speaker 2: My favorite sign. People make signs all the time. When you run 13, 26 miles, they're funny. They're cute. They're clever. One of my favorite ones I see every year and several times. It says, don't trust that fart.
00:14:49
Speaker 1: It's so true.
00:14:50
Speaker 2: That's what we're talking about.
00:14:51
Speaker 1: Anyone who's run a long distance knows exactly what that means. But they've actually had to change the rules of this competition after this. So, yes, I do feel sorry for her.
00:15:02
Speaker 2: I didn't know she put out like, ha, ha, look at this. She was bragging.
00:15:05
Speaker 1: She was kind of like, a win is still a win. Yeah, so she's got a much different tune now.
00:15:10
Speaker 2: She was pooping all over the equipment, though.
00:15:11
Speaker 1: Yes, that's the problem. Ew. All right. Let's move on. Next up on the run, 60 Minutes has landed an interview with not only Patrick Clancy, but also his new wife, Rachel. This is huge. This is the first time we are publicly going to hear from either of them. They, of course, became the focus of scrutiny, scorn, attacks, unfair, unfounded, all of it. Death threats, you name it. Talk about another, I feel like we're doing so many stories about people who are just being singled out and attacked and doxxed. It's awful, but this all happened during the Lindsey Clancy trial. That interview is going to air Sunday on 60 Minutes, and you've got to think that's going to do something to boost their difficult ratings. 20% rose.
00:15:56
Speaker 2: Down 20% year-on-year. I don't want to hear that. This is an institution, a special show. We need it to be around forever.
00:16:05
Speaker 1: Yes, absolutely. All right, for the final leg of our run, let's make it a positive one. We don't know much, but we do know we think that Lady Gaga has a new baby. Yes, I've seen her carrying a swaddled bundle of joy.
00:16:19
Speaker 2: If you say so. Is that the confirmation we're getting, that she's walking around?
00:16:23
Speaker 1: Correct.
00:16:24
Speaker 2: Has anybody officially put out a statement? No. There is nobody who has confirmed? No. So how do we know the baby's name? Oh, yeah, TMZ went and got a birth certificate in the middle. That's what it was.
00:16:34
Speaker 1: Yes, and you love the name.
00:16:37
Speaker 2: Obviously, I love the name because of the middle name.
00:16:39
Speaker 1: Yes, okay, so multiple outlets are reporting that Lady Gaga and her fiancé, Michael Polanski, welcomed a baby girl at some point during the summer. We don't think Lady Gaga was pregnant, but we don't know for sure. She ended her tour in the spring. She didn't appear to be pregnant. It's just unclear... how this all came about. She's 40, is she not? Or 37?
00:17:03
Speaker 2: I said, she's so young. God, she's been around a long time. I was shocked.
00:17:07
Speaker 1: Yes, a massive star. And look, they talk about 10 years ago, 15 years ago, she was giving interviews saying all she wanted was a family. She wanted a big family. She was raised in a big family. So this is really cool. Congratulations to her. Rose Bean Polanski is the name. And you love the middle name, of course, because that's your nickname for your little one.
00:17:26
Speaker 2: That's what we call her. Bean, bean, bean, running around the house. So yeah, that's cute. Rose Bean. I like that.
00:17:31
Speaker 1: Congratulations to Lady Gaga and Michael Polanski. And with that, everyone, we have a quote of the day that I did not prepare. So now I am going to pull one up as I.
00:17:42
Speaker 2: Do you want me to do it for the weekend?
00:17:44
Speaker 1: Do you have one?
00:17:45
Speaker 2: I always got something. I got a Bible verse for you. You do?
00:17:48
Speaker 1: Okay.
00:17:48
Speaker 2: 1 Timothy 5.13. So you got something? You want me to go with this?
00:17:54
Speaker 1: Go ahead. Go with yours. I have some.
00:17:55
Speaker 2: Oh, go ahead. I can save my Bible verses.
00:17:57
Speaker 1: Really? All right. I got two of them. The trouble is you think you have time. How about that? Or being nice doesn't get you loved. It gets you used. 20 years from now, the only people who will remember that you worked late will be your children.
00:18:14
Speaker 2: How many you got?
00:18:15
Speaker 1: I got three.
00:18:16
Speaker 2: You got three for the day.
00:18:17
Speaker 1: All right.
00:18:17
Speaker 2: Give them to everybody one more time.
00:18:19
Speaker 1: All right. These are your quotes of the day. The trouble is you think you have time. That's a good one. Being nice doesn't get you loved. It gets you used. That's a warning. And here is my favorite. 20 years from now, the only people who will remember that you worked late will be your children.
00:18:40
Speaker 2: Our kids remember we worked early. That's what they remember.
00:18:44
Speaker 1: Oh, my goodness. And with that, everyone, go enjoy your Friday, enjoy your weekend, and go Dawgs. I'm Amy Robach. Thanks for running with us.
00:18:51
Speaker 2: And I'm TJ Holmes. Go Hogs. Ooh, pixely.
00:19:03
Speaker 1: Ooh, pixely.
00:00:39

00:01:02
Speaker 1: This is the first time we've ever attended a Georgia-Arkansas game. They have not faced off in years.
00:01:08
Speaker 2: That's true.

We'll explain that story as best we can with what details we do have.
