Key takeaways
Human Design is based on your birth information and describes how your energy is designed to operate. Most people are Generators or Manifesting Generators, which shapes a culture built around doing, producing, and keeping up. If you have Emotional Authority, giving yourself time to settle before big decisions can reduce regret and resentment. If you have Sacral Authority, your body often knows quickly, and your job is to trust the gut response. Strategy is the practical starting point because it shows you how to move with life instead of forcing it. Play, rest, and variety are not extras for many people, they are part of staying aligned and avoiding burnout.
