In this episode of the Hidden Currents Podcast, Paraic Mac Donnchadha speaks with Dave Keir, Head of Operations at Oxygen Conservation, about the role relationships, diverse perspectives, and open communication play in delivering ambitious conservation projects. Dave shares how Oxygen Conservation works with investors, communities, specialists, and landowners across its UK estates, using data and transparency to navigate competing priorities while pursuing long-term environmental goals. He also discusses preserving a high-performance culture as the company grows, giving talented people autonomy, and how professionals can transfer their existing skills into purpose-driven careers in conservation.
