Calm isn’t a vibe your dog either has or doesn’t have. It’s a life skill, and for a lot of dogs, it has to be taught just as deliberately as sit, stay, and come. We sit down with Shannon and Tanya from Hound Therapy in North Texas to unpack why some dogs never learn to settle, why high-energy working breeds can struggle the most, and how “humanity over vanity” shows up when you’re trying to help real dogs in the real world.
We get specific about what calm actually looks like: loose-leash walking, waiting, not spinning into chaos at the door, and standing still when hands are on them. We also talk about timing, because training a dog who’s at a “100” doesn’t work and training a dog who’s at “0” doesn’t teach much either. You’ll hear our practical approach for finding the sweet spot, letting dogs safely burn off steam, and then using consistent cues and routines to build regulation over time.
Then we take it straight to the grooming table. A lack of calm can turn a normal appointment into a wrestling match, especially with large, powerful dogs who learn they can pull away and refuse handling. We share what we do when a dog arrives wildly excited, why owners’ energy often fuels the problem, and how simple changes at home (like not throwing a huge party the second you walk in) can dramatically reduce grooming stress and dog anxiety. If you want better behavior, safer handling, and a calmer daily rhythm, this conversation gives you a clear starting point.
If you found this helpful, subscribe, share it with a dog owner who needs it, and leave a review so more people can find the show. 00:00:12.720 --> 00:00:18.320
Hosted by Shannon and Tanya of Health Therapy, serving pet owners across North Texas.
00:00:18.559 --> 00:00:26.800
We're here to share expert tips, hilarious pet stories, and the inside scoop on keeping your furry friends happy and healthy.
00:00:26.960 --> 00:00:30.000
Our motto, humanity over vanity.
00:00:30.160 --> 00:00:32.479
And don't worry, we don't fight.
00:00:32.640 --> 00:00:33.600
Let's get started.
00:00:51.679 --> 00:00:52.640
Welcome back, everyone.
00:00:52.719 --> 00:01:00.560
I'm Sophia Yvette, co-host and producer, back in the studio with professional groomers at Hound Therapy, Shannon and Tanya.
00:01:00.799 --> 00:01:03.119
Hi, ladies, how are we feeling today?
00:01:03.439 --> 00:01:04.640
We're great.
00:01:06.159 --> 00:01:06.799
Great.
00:01:07.040 --> 00:01:08.879
Well, let's get into it.
00:01:09.120 --> 00:01:13.680
Why is teaching calm such an important life skill?
00:01:13.840 --> 00:01:18.560
And why do so many dogs never truly learn it?
00:01:20.079 --> 00:01:23.680
So I mean, it's definitely a life skill, right?
00:01:23.840 --> 00:01:25.519
Some dogs haven't learned.
00:01:26.000 --> 00:01:27.519
Um never will.
00:01:27.680 --> 00:01:28.319
Yeah.
00:01:28.799 --> 00:01:32.560
Um what if your dog just really doesn't know how to calm down?
00:01:32.719 --> 00:01:36.959
I mean, that's just a lot of that is just your dog.
00:01:37.120 --> 00:01:43.280
Uh it it can I often say most things are not breed specific in this case.
00:01:44.239 --> 00:01:47.519
In this case, this is probably the exception to the rule.
00:01:47.920 --> 00:02:02.319
Um and and I say that because we own Vishlas, and I know that we've said that before, but um, if you've got an Aussie, uh if you have a cattle dog, if you have a high-energy working dog, you know what we mean.
00:02:04.640 --> 00:02:10.560
And I I when we say that too, like we both own Vishlas, but we own two very different types of Vishlas.
00:02:10.960 --> 00:02:11.199
Yeah.
00:02:11.520 --> 00:02:13.439
Hers knows calm for the most part.
00:02:14.000 --> 00:02:16.719
Mine But but mine had to learn it.
00:02:16.879 --> 00:02:19.599
So calm is something that a dog is taught.
00:02:19.759 --> 00:02:21.919
Not all dogs just come with that.
00:02:22.000 --> 00:02:24.400
And that is that is your seven basics.
00:02:24.560 --> 00:02:29.599
That is, you know, we teach dogs to sit, to stay, you know, to come or to hear.
00:02:29.759 --> 00:02:35.520
Um, we teach them regular manners, you know, don't pee on my curtains.
00:02:35.680 --> 00:02:38.080
Um, you pee outside, not inside.
00:02:38.319 --> 00:02:42.560
Um, relax, wait, you know, don't pull.
00:02:42.719 --> 00:02:47.280
Um, how to walk on a leash, you know, these are all things that are calm.
00:02:48.319 --> 00:03:01.520
A dog, when you go out on a leash that walks next to you calmly and is not dog reactive, those are all things that a lot of dogs need, they need to be taught how to do that.
00:03:01.680 --> 00:03:04.639
They don't just come with the calm attitude.
00:03:04.800 --> 00:03:10.639
Now, there are the exceptions to the rule because some dogs just come out with a chill.
00:03:12.159 --> 00:03:12.879
Which is great.
00:03:13.039 --> 00:03:14.479
We didn't get those dogs.
00:03:14.800 --> 00:03:19.439
Um, and so if you have a high energy dog, you you need to teach them that calm school.
00:03:19.520 --> 00:03:20.879
You've got to get that energy out.
00:03:21.039 --> 00:03:22.240
And there's a sweet spot.
00:03:22.400 --> 00:03:26.240
You can't teach them when they're, you know, at a hundred.
00:03:27.280 --> 00:03:29.039
They're just not gonna hear you.
00:03:29.199 --> 00:03:34.400
Um, you you can't teach them when they're at zero just because it's, you know, they're too tired.
00:03:34.639 --> 00:03:37.439
So you've gotta, you know, somewhere in the middle.
00:03:37.840 --> 00:03:44.080
Yeah, get some of that steam off and then they're ready to learn, but they still have enough energy to learn and then we're gonna teach them.
00:03:44.560 --> 00:03:55.840
Calm dogs, it's it's it's harder to teach them extra calm because they're already calm, but they still need to they still need to know what is appropriate and when they need to not be calm.
00:03:56.560 --> 00:04:00.400
So it it just doesn't always come naturally to every dog.
00:04:00.800 --> 00:04:17.199
Um I I mean, even the ones that are naturally laid back, I would say those for me, I would much rather have a dog who needs to learn calm versus a really calm dog who is um not as alert.
00:04:17.439 --> 00:04:20.399
Uh they're they're more nervous or more reactive.
00:04:20.560 --> 00:04:26.800
They're a little bit more like they they don't they they don't want to learn new things.
00:04:27.040 --> 00:04:33.600
It's it's harder, it's harder to a food motivated dog is really easy to a toy motivated dog is really, really easy.
00:04:33.680 --> 00:04:46.480
I mean, we know how to motivate these, but a really calm laid-back dog that isn't interested um in really much is much harder to teach how to stand, how to do because it we it's harder to motivate those dogs.
00:04:47.040 --> 00:04:54.639
Um so yeah, it's kind of a that this is the one time I'm gonna say breeds breed specific specificity.
00:04:55.199 --> 00:04:58.160
Yes, if that's a word, if it's not, I just made it up.
00:04:59.439 --> 00:05:00.079
That one.
00:05:00.959 --> 00:05:17.120
Um those are those are gonna be words that um, you know, those dogs that that that take those words and and learn those commands with, you know, hey, I want to be a better dog, I wanna be a partner, I wanna be, you know, better at this.
00:05:17.360 --> 00:05:21.920
Those are the the doodles are really good um because they're excited, they want to please.
00:05:22.160 --> 00:05:33.519
I would say it's usually like those those working greets, those herding breeds, you know, those dogs with that kind of a mental status of, hey, we've gotta do this, this is what we have to do.
00:05:33.759 --> 00:05:36.079
Like a great Pyrenees doesn't really want to please me.
00:05:36.319 --> 00:05:39.199
A great Dane could care less if it wants.
00:05:40.000 --> 00:05:44.480
It it doesn't, but that's where routine, I guess, would come back in for that.
00:05:44.800 --> 00:05:59.759
But uh yeah, it's it's um calm is definitely it's it's it's starting early or starting directly when they come into your house about staying consistent, uh learning those words and your demeanor.
00:05:59.839 --> 00:06:03.839
Uh, you know, you've got to know when to be excitable and when to calm it down.
00:06:03.920 --> 00:06:09.040
Uh and that works for even these little dogs that you know are piddling when you first hi, how are you?
00:06:09.199 --> 00:06:10.800
Oh my gosh, piddle.
00:06:10.959 --> 00:06:21.519
You know, it's how you have to learn how to to to teach that dog to calm down instead of getting so excited that you know she can't control herself.
00:06:22.000 --> 00:06:23.199
Like regulating yourself as well.
00:06:23.360 --> 00:06:25.680
Like don't throw a huge party as soon as you come home.
00:06:26.079 --> 00:06:30.000
Go put your things down, then come back, then you greet the dog.
00:06:30.079 --> 00:06:30.399
Yeah.
00:06:30.480 --> 00:06:32.959
Uh once everybody has had a second to calm.
00:06:33.199 --> 00:06:33.839
Yeah.
00:06:34.720 --> 00:06:38.079
Unless you have my house and it's just pure chaos all of the time.
00:06:38.399 --> 00:06:39.040
Yeah.
00:06:41.439 --> 00:06:46.959
So how does a lack of calm show up during grooming sessions?
00:06:47.199 --> 00:06:48.000
Oh gosh.
00:06:48.160 --> 00:06:49.759
Well, I mean, we had one today.
00:06:49.920 --> 00:06:52.399
I mean, we have well, we have them every day.
00:06:52.480 --> 00:06:57.759
Um, and they're usually the 150-pound dogs, um, which is just crazy to me.
00:06:58.000 --> 00:07:04.399
Um, the little dogs usually, I mean, they're not calm, but they're a little bit easier to manipulate and maneuver.
00:07:04.480 --> 00:07:16.240
Uh, you get a 150-pound dog or a big doodle or you know, large, like, as I've mentioned, great Pyrenees, great dane, any one of these dogs, a Vishla, I mean, they have a lot of power behind them and they know it.
00:07:16.480 --> 00:07:26.560
So when they're not calm uh and they know they can push you around, yeah, you know, the the second you've you've got taken a step back or they've pulled their foot away from you and like stable.
00:07:26.800 --> 00:07:27.920
Yeah, I'm not doing that.
00:07:28.079 --> 00:07:29.759
I'm not, I I don't have to.
00:07:29.920 --> 00:07:39.759
And when they they see that they don't have to do it because they're physically able to get away from you, then we have to take a step back and say, okay, look, I'll let them.
00:07:39.839 --> 00:07:45.199
We had a dog that came in today, um, new dog to us, um, a big dog.
00:07:45.600 --> 00:07:47.920
And he was so excited to be here.
00:07:48.079 --> 00:07:50.000
I mean, just so excited.
00:07:50.399 --> 00:07:52.560
We can't get the collar off, we can't get the leash off.
00:07:52.639 --> 00:07:55.199
We can't, you know, wrapping himself around the owner.
00:07:55.360 --> 00:07:58.560
And he's just like, it's circle, circle, circle, circle.
00:07:58.879 --> 00:08:01.839
Oh my gosh, uh, I'm so excited.
00:08:02.000 --> 00:08:04.240
And we're just like, can you sit for just a minute?
00:08:04.319 --> 00:08:07.759
And the owners are just, you know, they look like what do I do?
00:08:08.000 --> 00:08:10.160
He's just so happy, and that's great.
00:08:10.399 --> 00:08:14.639
Let go of the leash because you're gonna fall.
00:08:14.800 --> 00:08:28.000
Um, so what we do for them is just we we let them, we give them some time, either, you know, in a in a in a run next to where they can see other dogs, if I don't know if they're good with other dogs, or we'll put them in if we know that they can, you know, play or they're really friendly.
00:08:28.240 --> 00:08:34.480
We'll go in and introduce them to some new other hyper friends and uh they can run off the energy.
00:08:35.519 --> 00:08:40.720
Just kind of kind of detox that happiness, like smell, you know, check it out.
00:08:40.960 --> 00:08:42.639
We're so excited to see you.
00:08:42.799 --> 00:08:43.679
Okay, now.
00:08:43.919 --> 00:08:50.720
And so we're setting um a calmer routine uh without the owner here because it's it's a lot of times it's the owner too.
00:08:50.879 --> 00:08:57.679
You know, they it's great they've got a good dog, but they obviously haven't taken the time to teach these simple basic rules.
00:08:57.840 --> 00:09:03.039
And it goes right back to right, if if you have children, we you have to learn how to act.
00:09:03.519 --> 00:09:06.639
You have to learn how to act in school, how you act at home.
00:09:06.799 --> 00:09:14.639
Um, you know, my kids always did so good when they were with somebody else, and then they would come home to me and I'm like, what happened?
00:09:15.679 --> 00:09:17.279
My kids are the same way.
00:09:17.759 --> 00:09:20.879
So uh you know, your dogs are often that same way.
00:09:21.120 --> 00:09:23.200
Once they come here, they have rules to follow.
00:09:23.279 --> 00:09:25.840
They want the rules, they want the routine and the regulation.
00:09:26.080 --> 00:09:26.559
They need them.
00:09:26.720 --> 00:09:26.960
Yeah.
00:09:27.039 --> 00:09:30.639
So we give that to them, and then they go home and they're just right back too.
00:09:30.720 --> 00:09:36.480
So I mean, job stability for us, you know, if they won't stand on your table, at least they'll stand on ours.
00:09:40.000 --> 00:09:51.120
Well, thank you both for breaking down such an important life skill that truly changes a dog's grooming experience and for the very fun conversation.
00:09:51.519 --> 00:09:53.120

00:00:51.679 --> 00:00:52.640
Welcome back, everyone.
00:00:52.719 --> 00:01:00.560
I'm Sophia Yvette, co-host and producer, back in the studio with professional groomers at Hound Therapy, Shannon and Tanya.
00:01:00.799 --> 00:01:03.119
Hi, ladies, how are we feeling today?
00:01:03.439 --> 00:01:04.640
We're great.
00:01:06.159 --> 00:01:06.799
Great.
00:01:07.040 --> 00:01:08.879
Well, let's get into it.
00:01:09.120 --> 00:01:13.680
Why is teaching calm such an important life skill?
00:01:13.840 --> 00:01:18.560
And why do so many dogs never truly learn it?
00:01:20.079 --> 00:01:23.680
So I mean, it's definitely a life skill, right?
00:01:23.840 --> 00:01:25.519
Some dogs haven't learned.
00:01:26.000 --> 00:01:27.519
Um never will.
00:01:27.680 --> 00:01:28.319
Yeah.
00:01:28.799 --> 00:01:32.560
Um what if your dog just really doesn't know how to calm down?
00:01:32.719 --> 00:01:36.959
I mean, that's just a lot of that is just your dog.
00:01:37.120 --> 00:01:43.280
Uh it it can I often say most things are not breed specific in this case.
00:01:44.239 --> 00:01:47.519
In this case, this is probably the exception to the rule.
00:01:47.920 --> 00:02:02.319
Um and and I say that because we own Vishlas, and I know that we've said that before, but um, if you've got an Aussie, uh if you have a cattle dog, if you have a high-energy working dog, you know what we mean.
00:02:04.640 --> 00:02:10.560
And I I when we say that too, like we both own Vishlas, but we own two very different types of Vishlas.
00:02:10.960 --> 00:02:11.199
Yeah.
00:02:11.520 --> 00:02:13.439
Hers knows calm for the most part.
00:02:14.000 --> 00:02:16.719
Mine But but mine had to learn it.
00:02:16.879 --> 00:02:19.599
So calm is something that a dog is taught.
00:02:19.759 --> 00:02:21.919
Not all dogs just come with that.
00:02:22.000 --> 00:02:24.400
And that is that is your seven basics.
00:02:24.560 --> 00:02:29.599
That is, you know, we teach dogs to sit, to stay, you know, to come or to hear.
00:02:29.759 --> 00:02:35.520
Um, we teach them regular manners, you know, don't pee on my curtains.
00:02:35.680 --> 00:02:38.080
Um, you pee outside, not inside.
00:02:38.319 --> 00:02:42.560
Um, relax, wait, you know, don't pull.
00:02:42.719 --> 00:02:47.280
Um, how to walk on a leash, you know, these are all things that are calm.
00:02:48.319 --> 00:03:01.520
A dog, when you go out on a leash that walks next to you calmly and is not dog reactive, those are all things that a lot of dogs need, they need to be taught how to do that.
00:03:01.680 --> 00:03:04.639
They don't just come with the calm attitude.
00:03:04.800 --> 00:03:10.639
Now, there are the exceptions to the rule because some dogs just come out with a chill.
00:03:12.159 --> 00:03:12.879
Which is great.
00:03:13.039 --> 00:03:14.479
We didn't get those dogs.
00:03:14.800 --> 00:03:19.439
Um, and so if you have a high energy dog, you you need to teach them that calm school.
00:03:19.520 --> 00:03:20.879
You've got to get that energy out.
00:03:21.039 --> 00:03:22.240
And there's a sweet spot.
00:03:22.400 --> 00:03:26.240
You can't teach them when they're, you know, at a hundred.
00:03:27.280 --> 00:03:29.039
They're just not gonna hear you.
00:03:29.199 --> 00:03:34.400
Um, you you can't teach them when they're at zero just because it's, you know, they're too tired.
00:03:34.639 --> 00:03:37.439
So you've gotta, you know, somewhere in the middle.
00:03:37.840 --> 00:03:44.080
Yeah, get some of that steam off and then they're ready to learn, but they still have enough energy to learn and then we're gonna teach them.
00:03:44.560 --> 00:03:55.840
Calm dogs, it's it's it's harder to teach them extra calm because they're already calm, but they still need to they still need to know what is appropriate and when they need to not be calm.
00:03:56.560 --> 00:04:00.400
So it it just doesn't always come naturally to every dog.
00:04:00.800 --> 00:04:17.199
Um I I mean, even the ones that are naturally laid back, I would say those for me, I would much rather have a dog who needs to learn calm versus a really calm dog who is um not as alert.
00:04:17.439 --> 00:04:20.399
Uh they're they're more nervous or more reactive.
00:04:20.560 --> 00:04:26.800
They're a little bit more like they they don't they they don't want to learn new things.
00:04:27.040 --> 00:04:33.600
It's it's harder, it's harder to a food motivated dog is really easy to a toy motivated dog is really, really easy.
00:04:33.680 --> 00:04:46.480
I mean, we know how to motivate these, but a really calm laid-back dog that isn't interested um in really much is much harder to teach how to stand, how to do because it we it's harder to motivate those dogs.
00:04:47.040 --> 00:04:54.639
Um so yeah, it's kind of a that this is the one time I'm gonna say breeds breed specific specificity.
00:04:55.199 --> 00:04:58.160
Yes, if that's a word, if it's not, I just made it up.
00:04:59.439 --> 00:05:00.079
That one.
00:05:00.959 --> 00:05:17.120
Um those are those are gonna be words that um, you know, those dogs that that that take those words and and learn those commands with, you know, hey, I want to be a better dog, I wanna be a partner, I wanna be, you know, better at this.
00:05:17.360 --> 00:05:21.920
Those are the the doodles are really good um because they're excited, they want to please.
00:05:22.160 --> 00:05:33.519
I would say it's usually like those those working greets, those herding breeds, you know, those dogs with that kind of a mental status of, hey, we've gotta do this, this is what we have to do.
00:05:33.759 --> 00:05:36.079
Like a great Pyrenees doesn't really want to please me.
00:05:36.319 --> 00:05:39.199
A great Dane could care less if it wants.
00:05:40.000 --> 00:05:44.480
It it doesn't, but that's where routine, I guess, would come back in for that.
00:05:44.800 --> 00:05:59.759
But uh yeah, it's it's um calm is definitely it's it's it's starting early or starting directly when they come into your house about staying consistent, uh learning those words and your demeanor.
00:05:59.839 --> 00:06:03.839
Uh, you know, you've got to know when to be excitable and when to calm it down.
00:06:03.920 --> 00:06:09.040
Uh and that works for even these little dogs that you know are piddling when you first hi, how are you?
00:06:09.199 --> 00:06:10.800
Oh my gosh, piddle.
00:06:10.959 --> 00:06:21.519
You know, it's how you have to learn how to to to teach that dog to calm down instead of getting so excited that you know she can't control herself.
00:06:22.000 --> 00:06:23.199
Like regulating yourself as well.
00:06:23.360 --> 00:06:25.680
Like don't throw a huge party as soon as you come home.
00:06:26.079 --> 00:06:30.000
Go put your things down, then come back, then you greet the dog.
00:06:30.079 --> 00:06:30.399
Yeah.
00:06:30.480 --> 00:06:32.959
Uh once everybody has had a second to calm.
00:06:33.199 --> 00:06:33.839
Yeah.
00:06:34.720 --> 00:06:38.079
Unless you have my house and it's just pure chaos all of the time.
00:06:38.399 --> 00:06:39.040
Yeah.
00:06:41.439 --> 00:06:46.959
So how does a lack of calm show up during grooming sessions?
00:06:47.199 --> 00:06:48.000
Oh gosh.
00:06:48.160 --> 00:06:49.759
Well, I mean, we had one today.
00:06:49.920 --> 00:06:52.399
I mean, we have well, we have them every day.
00:06:52.480 --> 00:06:57.759
Um, and they're usually the 150-pound dogs, um, which is just crazy to me.
00:06:58.000 --> 00:07:04.399
Um, the little dogs usually, I mean, they're not calm, but they're a little bit easier to manipulate and maneuver.
00:07:04.480 --> 00:07:16.240
Uh, you get a 150-pound dog or a big doodle or you know, large, like, as I've mentioned, great Pyrenees, great dane, any one of these dogs, a Vishla, I mean, they have a lot of power behind them and they know it.
00:07:16.480 --> 00:07:26.560
So when they're not calm uh and they know they can push you around, yeah, you know, the the second you've you've got taken a step back or they've pulled their foot away from you and like stable.
00:07:26.800 --> 00:07:27.920
Yeah, I'm not doing that.
00:07:28.079 --> 00:07:29.759
I'm not, I I don't have to.
00:07:29.920 --> 00:07:39.759
And when they they see that they don't have to do it because they're physically able to get away from you, then we have to take a step back and say, okay, look, I'll let them.
00:07:39.839 --> 00:07:45.199
We had a dog that came in today, um, new dog to us, um, a big dog.
00:07:45.600 --> 00:07:47.920
And he was so excited to be here.
00:07:48.079 --> 00:07:50.000
I mean, just so excited.
00:07:50.399 --> 00:07:52.560
We can't get the collar off, we can't get the leash off.
00:07:52.639 --> 00:07:55.199
We can't, you know, wrapping himself around the owner.
00:07:55.360 --> 00:07:58.560
And he's just like, it's circle, circle, circle, circle.
00:07:58.879 --> 00:08:01.839
Oh my gosh, uh, I'm so excited.
00:08:02.000 --> 00:08:04.240
And we're just like, can you sit for just a minute?
00:08:04.319 --> 00:08:07.759
And the owners are just, you know, they look like what do I do?
00:08:08.000 --> 00:08:10.160
He's just so happy, and that's great.
00:08:10.399 --> 00:08:14.639
Let go of the leash because you're gonna fall.
00:08:14.800 --> 00:08:28.000
Um, so what we do for them is just we we let them, we give them some time, either, you know, in a in a in a run next to where they can see other dogs, if I don't know if they're good with other dogs, or we'll put them in if we know that they can, you know, play or they're really friendly.
00:08:28.240 --> 00:08:34.480
We'll go in and introduce them to some new other hyper friends and uh they can run off the energy.
00:08:35.519 --> 00:08:40.720
Just kind of kind of detox that happiness, like smell, you know, check it out.
00:08:40.960 --> 00:08:42.639
We're so excited to see you.
00:08:42.799 --> 00:08:43.679
Okay, now.
00:08:43.919 --> 00:08:50.720
And so we're setting um a calmer routine uh without the owner here because it's it's a lot of times it's the owner too.
00:08:50.879 --> 00:08:57.679
You know, they it's great they've got a good dog, but they obviously haven't taken the time to teach these simple basic rules.
00:08:57.840 --> 00:09:03.039
And it goes right back to right, if if you have children, we you have to learn how to act.
00:09:03.519 --> 00:09:06.639
You have to learn how to act in school, how you act at home.
00:09:06.799 --> 00:09:14.639
Um, you know, my kids always did so good when they were with somebody else, and then they would come home to me and I'm like, what happened?
00:09:15.679 --> 00:09:17.279
My kids are the same way.
00:09:17.759 --> 00:09:20.879
So uh you know, your dogs are often that same way.
00:09:21.120 --> 00:09:23.200
Once they come here, they have rules to follow.
00:09:23.279 --> 00:09:25.840
They want the rules, they want the routine and the regulation.
00:09:26.080 --> 00:09:26.559
They need them.
00:09:26.720 --> 00:09:26.960
Yeah.
00:09:27.039 --> 00:09:30.639
So we give that to them, and then they go home and they're just right back too.
00:09:30.720 --> 00:09:36.480
So I mean, job stability for us, you know, if they won't stand on your table, at least they'll stand on ours.
00:09:40.000 --> 00:09:51.120
