What if while your conscious mind is frantically looking for answers, your subconscious mind has been quietly holding the keys of truth just waiting to be unlocked?
Dive into a deeply raw and transformative conversation as we sit down with certified hypnotherapist, Phoenix Sheridan. This episode explores a profound journey through early childhood adversity, navigating sexual trauma, and the heavy weight of unhealthy coping mechanisms: from self-harm and substance abuse to enduring chronic physical pain and grappling with identity.
Phoenix opens up about the pivotal turning point of finding a lifeline through theater as a creative outlet to reconnect with self, ultimately leading down a path of intensive healing. Discover how a combination of mindfulness, meditation, nervous system regulation out of chronic fight-or-flight, and brainwave resetting changed everything. How those hard-earned lessons now fuel Phoenix's work as a hypnotherapist helping others reclaim their own minds.
