WEBVTT
00:00:02.684 --> 00:00:05.284
Hallina: Hello everyone with a
very warm welcome to HomeRules.
00:00:05.664 --> 00:00:09.674
We are a Dungeons & Dragons actual play
podcast that doesn't go by the book.
00:00:10.124 --> 00:00:12.904
We mostly follow fifth edition,
but we borrow some favorites
00:00:12.914 --> 00:00:14.124
from our other editions.
00:00:14.754 --> 00:00:17.784
We home brew our own stuff,
including our worlds.
00:00:18.044 --> 00:00:20.664
We are the rules lawyer's final boss.
00:00:21.154 --> 00:00:24.354
I'm Hallina and I will
be your dungeon master
00:00:24.630 --> 00:00:26.940
Marlena: I'm Marlena and
I'll be playing Luna Lux.
00:00:27.074 --> 00:00:27.674
Sadie: I'm Sadie.
00:00:27.674 --> 00:00:28.934
I'll be playing Spencer.
00:00:28.934 --> 00:00:31.464
Kohi: My name is Kohi and
I'll be playing Hemlock.
00:00:31.600 --> 00:00:32.080
Nick: I'm Nick.
00:00:32.080 --> 00:00:34.720
I'll be playing Harvey
Bigglesworth the third
00:00:35.890 --> 00:00:37.650
Hallina: Our first campaign
together starts with my
00:00:37.650 --> 00:00:39.340
players gaining consciousness.
00:00:39.420 --> 00:00:42.920
They have no memories of the past and
only know what is right in front of them.
00:00:43.750 --> 00:00:45.570
Their world is falling apart.
00:00:45.630 --> 00:00:47.920
They must escape certain death.
00:00:48.240 --> 00:00:52.550
Natural disaster, political coverups, and
a dangerous rolling mist is just a short
00:00:52.550 --> 00:00:55.290
list of darkness that they have to endure.
00:00:55.539 --> 00:00:57.339
Welcome to the void
00:01:00.339 --> 00:01:03.849
Hey, if you managed to make it in and
out of our home today, consider following
00:01:03.849 --> 00:01:05.709
us to get invited again next time.
00:01:06.059 --> 00:01:07.159
You rule
00:01:07.419 --> 00:01:09.249
Nick: it's a way to keep busy, I suppose.
