On this 235th episode of Discovering Multifamily, Charlie Hardage joins us as the Co-Founder of H&K Investment Group, LLC
Charlie grew up with a Middle-Class Mindset. He was raised to get a good education, good job, and put as much money as he could in retirement funds like 401(k)s and IRAs. After years of playing the long, slow game, he found real estate as a way to reach financial and time freedom.
He now invests full-time in apartments and provides opportunities for others to grow their wealth and achieve their goals.
Charlie and his team look for under-performing apartment complexes. Using an intricate strategy for each property, the team works to mitigate risks through due diligence and experience to provide great returns for investors.
Passive Investments had a huge impact on Charlie. He and his team want to help others achieve financial and time freedom the way that it helped him. For too long, people have been playing the slow game because that is what has been ingrained in our heads. There is a better way to retire and we are on a mission to help others.
