00:00:04.280 --> 00:00:07.599
The tragic disappearance of pretty seventeen year old Kelly Wilson
2
00:00:07.960 --> 00:00:10.880
has thrown the small town of Gilmour, Texas into turmoil.
3
00:00:11.039 --> 00:00:13.279
While police keep a watchful eye on what some see
4
00:00:13.279 --> 00:00:17.399
as a story just beginning to unfold, others focus in fear.
5
00:00:17.359 --> 00:00:19.519
The Kelly Wilson thing is not first and then she
6
00:00:19.559 --> 00:00:21.199
would tell me and the kids if we opened our
7
00:00:21.199 --> 00:00:23.640
mouth about anything, that she would do as the same wife.
8
00:00:24.079 --> 00:00:27.239
She told us that they knew the older boys knew
9
00:00:27.280 --> 00:00:29.679
how to kill and field with a baby.
10
00:00:30.160 --> 00:00:32.039
A baby, a baby, Yes, Sir.
11
00:00:35.640 --> 00:00:38.520
Kelly Wilson was a high school senior from the small
12
00:00:38.560 --> 00:00:40.079
town of Gilmour, Texas.
13
00:00:40.159 --> 00:00:42.439
Everyone thought we were so bad. We were trying to
14
00:00:42.479 --> 00:00:43.520
the party group. You know.
15
00:00:43.560 --> 00:00:45.640
We were going to parties together, or going to the
16
00:00:45.719 --> 00:00:48.799
lake together, or doing all those fun things silly girls
17
00:00:48.799 --> 00:00:51.560
did back in the nineties. She's had huge blue eyes
18
00:00:51.600 --> 00:00:53.399
that were just staring into your.
19
00:00:53.320 --> 00:00:56.679
So she could go up to a perfect stranger striker conversation,
20
00:00:57.399 --> 00:00:59.240
just like she'd known them all over life.
21
00:00:59.359 --> 00:01:03.200
On January fifth, nineteen ninety two, Kelly was at work.
22
00:01:03.679 --> 00:01:06.040
It was dark outside. By the time she and her
23
00:01:06.079 --> 00:01:07.680
boss closed up for the night.
24
00:01:07.799 --> 00:01:10.000
We go out the back. Gill set the alarm. I
25
00:01:10.120 --> 00:01:13.799
say you opened tomorrow, and she said yes. I said, ok, Elsey.
26
00:01:14.120 --> 00:01:17.640
But Kelly was never seen again. I was a kid
27
00:01:17.680 --> 00:01:21.439
when she disappeared. I've spent the past thirty years wondering
28
00:01:21.519 --> 00:01:26.920
what happened. Who to believe? What's rumor? What's madness on
29
00:01:27.040 --> 00:01:27.560
Jack Street?
30
00:01:27.599 --> 00:01:29.519
You don't have to go far to find someone who
31
00:01:29.519 --> 00:01:33.319
knows about the allegation. Yes, there was devil worship in Mcinnewood.
32
00:01:33.920 --> 00:01:37.120
Shock your coscious. It's most bizarreb thing ever in Well.
33
00:01:37.519 --> 00:01:43.040
They were kidnapping teenage hitchhiker girls. They were sacrificing babies.
34
00:01:43.400 --> 00:01:45.599
They were in cannibalism.
35
00:01:45.640 --> 00:01:49.200
A local girl plucked off the streets and eaten by Satanists.
36
00:01:49.560 --> 00:01:52.959
Two years after the search for Kelly began, eight people
37
00:01:52.959 --> 00:01:56.319
from Gilmour were indicted for her kidnapping and her murder.
38
00:01:56.959 --> 00:02:02.000
They were accused of unspeakable crimes, rocking allegations turned neighbor
39
00:02:02.319 --> 00:02:03.159
against neighbor.
40
00:02:03.799 --> 00:02:05.719
I have children. There's a lot of people in this
41
00:02:05.760 --> 00:02:06.879
community that have children.
42
00:02:07.159 --> 00:02:08.479
Gets scary, So.
43
00:02:08.400 --> 00:02:09.159
I'll be honest with you.
44
00:02:09.280 --> 00:02:12.280
Really frightened me. I mean a little town like this,
45
00:02:12.639 --> 00:02:17.560
you can just imagine what impact it had. Despite the
46
00:02:17.599 --> 00:02:21.560
criminal indictments and the national infamy that followed, no one
47
00:02:21.840 --> 00:02:25.560
was ever brought to justice for Kelly's disappearance. Was it
48
00:02:25.599 --> 00:02:29.639
a cover up, incompetence or forces too dark for one
49
00:02:29.680 --> 00:02:34.159
town to reckon with. Whatever the reason, it's been three decades,
50
00:02:35.000 --> 00:02:38.280
dead or alive, Kelly Wilson has never been found.
51
00:02:38.960 --> 00:02:42.800
I think that they damaged what should have been a
52
00:02:42.840 --> 00:02:46.159
real investigation into her disappearance, and it's just just a shame.
53
00:02:46.319 --> 00:02:46.919
It's a shame.
54
00:02:47.199 --> 00:02:50.639
Kelly's case went cold long ago, but now people are
55
00:02:50.680 --> 00:02:54.199
starting to ask questions again, and I think we're closer
56
00:02:54.199 --> 00:02:56.639
than ever to finding real answers.
57
00:02:57.000 --> 00:03:01.319
It's much bigger than anybody could anticipate. If one girl
58
00:03:01.360 --> 00:03:05.120
could expose what's going on and bring that many powerful
59
00:03:05.199 --> 00:03:11.199
people down, she's not gonna survive. Kelly was snatched off
60
00:03:11.240 --> 00:03:14.599
the Gilmer Square. She was a sweet young girl. It
61
00:03:14.759 --> 00:03:18.039
wasn't a random act. We all know it wasn't random,
62
00:03:18.280 --> 00:03:21.039
so that means there had to be a reason behind it.
63
00:03:21.479 --> 00:03:24.800
It's almost saw something in a crazy fictional story. Just
64
00:03:25.280 --> 00:03:28.960
so many twists and turns, and it is so sensational.
65
00:03:29.400 --> 00:03:36.280
From seven years old, my head's been full of devil worshiping, killers, cannibalism,
66
00:03:36.719 --> 00:03:39.080
sexual misconduct.
