We spend most of our lives splitting ourselves into pieces. The version that works. The version that loves. The version that quietly falls apart and puts itself back together. As if these are different people inside one body. But what if they were never separate? What if the work was never to choose between them, but to finally hold them all at once?
In this episode of Cosmic Confluence, author and entrepreneur Cidney Green joins Sana for an unfiltered, deeply honest conversation about the inner journey that birthed her book All 3 in Me. They explore how Buddhism, the Law of Attraction, and her own breakdown taught her that the people we attract are first a reflection of who we are, and that real freedom begins the moment we stop seeking it outside ourselves.
About the Guest:Cidney Green is an entrepreneur, storyteller, and author of All 3 in Me, a book rooted in her own lived experience of love, ambition, and self-reckoning. Originally from Louisiana and now based in Atlanta, she has been a full-time self-employed entrepreneur for over a decade and credits her practice of Nichiren Daishonin's Buddhism for shaping her understanding of identity, attraction, and inner sovereignty.
Key Takeaways:- You attract who you already are. The people, patterns, and chaos that show up in your life are mirrors of your inner vibration, long before they take physical form around you.
- Happiness can't be outsourced. Cidney's turning point came when she realized her dependency on external validation, romantic or otherwise, was the real source of her suffering, not the absence of it.
- You are not one self, you are many. The five-year-old who just wants love, the part that wants revenge, the part that chases freedom. Inner peace comes from knowing them, naming them, and loving them all.
- The inner work has no graduation. Mental wellness isn't a degree you earn once. It's an ongoing practice of grace, therapy, journaling, spiritual ritual, and honesty with yourself.
- Spirituality is sovereignty, not surrender. When you stop blaming a deity, the devil, or other people for your life, you reclaim the only power that ever existed: your own.
- Freedom is a design choice. Cidney's whole life, including her entrepreneurship, is built around the principle that nothing matters more than the right to live on her own terms.
