Dear Listeners,
Christina Cherneskey and I covered a fair bit of ground on this week's episode.
We started close to home with the ongoing discussions around encampments in Saskatoon, development of Tiny Homes, then moved into the proposed rezoning of some 35 properties connected to the city's Bus Rapid Transit system and sharing about the opening of the new Coming Home Centre.
From there, our conversation took us into the growing interest in data centres, nuclear reactors and the questions surrounding energy and infrastructure. And somehow, we found our way to discussing the referendum taking place next door in Alberta to a quick touch base about Ukraine and what to watch upcoming.
From neighbourhoods to global affairs, there is never a shortage of things to talk about when it comes to politics, policy and the communities we share.
We invite you to tune in to CFCR 90.5 FM, Saskatoon's community radio station, and join us for Civically Speaking.
And as always, please support local media and community radio. They matter!
Thanks for listening!
