Hi everyone, this week we have a Halloween surprise for you! My producer Jeph and I are rewatching Mike Flanagan's 2013 horror film Oculus, which I starred in. Grab some popcorn and candy and get ready for some southern gothic scares. I haven't seen this movie in over a decade, so it was a lot of fun to sit down and try to remember what happened. Jeph had never seen it, so he was coming in blind!
For this audio companion, Jeph and I introduce the movie and talk through some behind the scenes stories about the rest of the cast, which included Karen Gillan, Brenton Thwaites, Kate Siegel and Rory Cochrane. We also get into the stunts and effects, how the film found success at the box office and how to act possessed in a dress! If you want to watch the film with us, head over to https://patreon.com/thesackhoffshow or check out our YouTube for highlights!
