OM DETTA AVSNITT
Drop the Mask, Become the Magnet
Do you have a work persona? A version of yourself you slip into when you're being interviewed, meeting someone new, or just trying to get through the day? If I asked you to tell me about yourself, you could probably describe the performance faster than you could describe the actual person underneath it. That's what we're getting into.
This episode is about the version of you that got built out of necessity, not desire, the one you constructed as a kid to stay safe, that calcified into something you now think is just who you are. It's not. And holding it up all day is exactly why you're so tired, running on a self that's fueling a performance instead of fueling you.
We're talking about how to actually find yourself, not through another journal or another shadow work course, but through the body, the place the real you has been living the whole time. How to name the roles you perform and what they've been covering for. And why none of this is optional if you actually want what you say you want, because you cannot hold authority over a life you're only performing.
The wheel turns whether you're ready or not. This episode is about making sure it's actually you standing there when it does. Drop the mask.
Let them choke on it.
