OM DETTA AVSNITT
What does it actually mean to be a "sensitive person"? In this episode, Christy sits down with a very special guest—her daughter, Grace Widman—to explore how energetic traits, sensitivity, and intuition run across generations and show up directly in our astrology and Human Design charts.
From full moon birth signatures and the mechanics of 5/1 Manifestors to the exact open centers and gates that make us feel "too much," Christy and Grace break down why sensitivity isn’t a flaw—it’s an intentional part of your cosmic design.
