OM DETTA AVSNITT
In this reflective episode, Nick and Jay take a step back to look at the growth of their podcast and their lives as 2024 comes to a close. They dig into the art of finding your voice—not just in podcasting but in life. Whether it’s learning the ropes of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (where purple belts reign supreme) or refining their craft as podcasters, they explore how progress is less about leaps and more about continuous, meaningful steps forward.
The duo reminisces about their favorite guests, including the inspiring crime reporter and the ex-con who turned his life around, and share how those stories shaped their journey. They also touch on the idea of pursuing passion with purpose—why some people go all-in, while others let fear or complacency hold them back.
With a mix of humor and heartfelt insights, this episode celebrates how far they’ve come and sets the tone for 2025. From resolutions that aren’t tied to dates to the value of small, incremental change, Nick and Jay remind us that growth is a process, not a destination.
Getting some hours in.
