In this episode of Let’s Greaux Podcast, I sit down with Arron Gray Lee for what truly feels like a sisterly FaceTime conversation. We reflect on her experience at last year’s Cultivate Conference, the lessons she’s been learning in a season of waiting, and how God has been expanding her vision and brand in the middle of it all.

Arron shares honestly about navigating 2025 as a season of patience, trusting God’s timing, and allowing Him to refine her purpose while preparing her for what’s next. From ministry to entrepreneurship, she talks about the beauty of waiting well and the importance of staying faithful even when things feel slow.

In this episode, we discuss:
• Her experience attending last year’s Cultivate Conference
• What a “waiting season” has looked like for her in 2025
• How God is expanding her brand and vision
• Encouragement for anyone feeling delayed or overlooked
• The power of giving people their flowers while they’re still growing
• What she’s looking forward to at this year’s conference

This conversation is a reminder that waiting doesn’t mean you’re stagnant — sometimes it’s the exact space where God prepares you for the next level of purpose and impact.

As we continue our conversations around Forging the Future, Arron’s story reminds us that legacy is often built in the quiet seasons before the visible ones.
