In todayâs episode of The Conscious Couples Podcast, hosts Emilia Smith and Alan Lazaros discuss why negative patterns are so hard to break, even when we know they're hurting our relationships. From unhealthy habits to limiting beliefs, they reveal how the people around us, our environment, and the stories we tell ourselves can keep us repeating the same cycles without realizing it. This conversation offers conscious couples and singles a clearer understanding of what drives unhealthy relationship patterns and how to begin changing them.
You'll gain practical insight into recognizing hidden triggers, challenging negative beliefs, and making small, intentional changes that support personal growth. Whether you're struggling with recurring conflict, self-doubt, or habits that no longer serve you, this episode will help you identify what's keeping you stuck and take meaningful steps toward healthier communication, stronger self-trust, and a more connected relationship.
