🎧 The ADHD Entrepreneu(Her) is THE podcast for feral, midlife female founders with late-diagnosed ADHD/AuDHD who refuse to play by the rules. You've come to the right place. (Karrie has 27 years of business experience in her back pocket and filters it all through her technicolor, divergent brain for YOU.

IN TODAY'S EPISODE:

This one is a Women Out Loud coffee chat with a former client turned real deal business sister, Beth.

She built a personal styling and color analysis business after 15 years in corporate leadership.

Beth and Karrie discuss something that is important to understand: the distinction between being good at marketing and being good at actually leading your people.

Karrie and Beth get into vanity metrics, going viral and why it's not the key to growth, why depth beats width every single time, and what it actually looks like to trust yourself enough to stop asking everyone else what they think. If your marketing is outrunning your leadership, this is your sign to listen.

🍳 the viral reel with 20 million views that barely moved the needle
🍳 the Post-it note exit date trick that got Beth out of corporate for good
🍳 why "casting the net deep, not wide" beats chasing follower counts
🍳 the moment Beth's words flipped from asking permission to owning the decision
🍳 what real self-trust sounds like when a client finally has it

Guest: Beth, personal stylist and color analysis expert, helping female founders and women in corporate leadership step into their power through personal style.
