OM DETTA AVSNITT
Melissa Campbell Porter is a business coach and the founder of She’s in Demand™, where she helps female coaches and consultants build stronger offers and turn LinkedIn attention into clients. After years working in financial reporting at a London hedge fund, Melissa took a completely different path into entrepreneurship. Today, she combines her analytical background with business strategy to help clients identify what is actually holding their business back, from their offer and positioning to their content and sales process.
Listen to this episode to discover Melissa’s journey from a successful career in hedge funds to building a business of her own, why she decided to walk away, what she tried along the way, and how she eventually built her business on LinkedIn. We explore what makes her offer first approach different, why more content and followers will not fix a weak offer, and why she diagnoses a business before prescribing a solution. You’ll also learn how to build an offer people actually want to buy, identify what is stopping yours from converting, and make the right changes before spending more time trying to market it.
