OM DETTA AVSNITT
Heading into Preseason Week 2, some Titans have a lot more on the line than others.
In this episode of Press Man Coverage, we debate the players with the most to gain — and the most to lose — before the Titans face the Seattle Seahawks. We break down who is fighting for an actual roster spot versus who is battling for better depth chart positioning.
We cover:
-Cody Barton and the linebacker room competition
-Tyjae Spears and his push for a bigger role in the backfield
-JC Latham and the stakes of Year 3 at right tackle
-Femi Oladejo, who flashed in the preseason opener and is pushing for a real edge rotation role
-Plus several other names who could rise or fall quickly this week
Some of these guys are trying to lock down starting jobs. Others are just trying to make the 53. We debate both sides and what another strong (or quiet) performance would mean heading into the joint practices and the second preseason game.
Who do you think has the most to prove this week? Drop your take in the comments.
