Charles Barfield: Good evening, everyone. How y'all doing tonight? Welcome to the show, Kingdom Revelations. I'm your host, Charles Barfield, and surely I'll be joined by my debate partner, Greg Fink. We have a big show for you tonight, a lot of big issues. the topic for the night. the Fam Mute follow-up shooting on their homecoming that happened Saturday over the weekend. a 15-year-old teenager had a Proper health calls or bond hearing tonight, this morning. 15 year old was a very young child. well I'll be talking about that in detail. He was charged with 11 felon accounts. I'll be talking about that in detail in my commentary, Barfell on Mike. As well as one of the big issues we brought to your attention on this show sometime in June of this summer about transhumanism. The dangers of transhumanism is against God, is against the the Christian faith and the Christian life. But you have these being there, being there tech guys, trying to play God. Many of them are homosexual and gay, publicly arrogant about their stance and their lifestyle. not all of them, but substantial the big boys, the big players, Peter Thiel. Sam Altman. Now I'm not saying that by Elon Musk, but there are three big billionaires that's pushing this concept of transhumanism, trying to immerge robots and AI in a sexual, intimate, perverted way to eliminate the whole creation of God, the creator, Lord, and Savior, in my opinion. So we're gonna be talking about that, me and Greg a little bit later. Also, the A federal judge this morning ruled that the Trump DOJ wrongly terminated Maureen Comey. And Marine Comey was a daughter of former FBI director James Comey. The court said, federal court said she was wrongly terminated from her job from the DOJ in 2025. keep in mind, Ms. Come Comey. was the chief prosecutor in big major cases. And she was the lead prosecutor of Jeffrey Epstein. not only was she the lead prosecutor in Jeffrey A Epstein case, but also with his accomplice Gaselle Maxwell, as well as Sean Diddy Coombs. So she was a major player in the Southern District of New York, where they're known to have real legitimate very capable and competent prosecutor, federal prosecutors in that part of the the the the nation. Also our power of God issue we're gonna deal with. I know there's a lot of important issues of war and transhumanism and AI and data centers and there's a lot of big things going on in the country. But there's something that's really just getting my attention with this this level of public dress code. It's not a you may say, well, it's not a big issue, but you know, little things slip and creep and enlarges itself into big things. And so when we have a cultural norm that's been violated by us as a society, the devil subliminally tricked people. into ungodly gender roles and gender identification and causes a lot of confusion with our children, with our families. And this is why we have a lot of issues going on now. But also too that I I mentioned that the DOJ was turned determined by a federal judge to roll and terminate Maureen Comey. Well the judge also told that DOJ to reinstate her on her job with backpack. Now, so this administration couldn't let that go without being small-minded. It is what they do. So before we got ready to get on air tonight, breaking news, the deal with Jaden suddenly checked charged a father, James Comey, again in late this afternoon. You can't make this stuff up with this administration. One thing, one thing they are is entertaining. They are entertaining. So, but before I I'm gonna bring Greg in here shortly, but before I bring Greg in, I want to as no one will go to my commentary, which is Barfield on the mic. We live in a country where free speech and freedom of speech speech, freedom of expression is our ideological identity as a nation. It is the thing that distinguishes America from every other country in the world. Our ability to have strong opinions, to redress, to protest, to disagree. About things that we don't like about people who run our government. It is that thing that has separated us from all other dictatorship and all other forms of governments. And in that constitutional agreement, we have is a separation of church and state, which means that some of us have the right to believe in Jesus Christ and God. My savior, what I believe in. We live in a country where you can disagree. You can be an atheist. Got no problem with that. That's what the constitution writes for everybody. The constitution is only as good as we allow people to differ and how diversity of opinions. That's what makes us Americans. However, this is our show, and this is my opinion. This idea of transhumanism. Is the second greatest threat to God's creation. There is the first is always the perpetual nonsensical approach of discrimination, racism. It is that thing that, if we don't get that right, it is the human Achilles heel that will self-destruct us as human beings. And particularly as Americans. That being the stated number one, this number two gigantic, subliminal, demonic killer, and destruction of our existence is this whole idea of transhumanism. Now, the transhumanism agenda is being pushed by some major multi. Billionaires. One in particular, Sam Altman. He has invested in his technology that aims to upload consciousness. Trying to play divinity, trying to play God. God is creator. I believe the word of God. I believe God as the cre only and the soul creator of man, heaven, earth, and everything in it. But yet now we have people like Sam Altman. Who feels that he can create technology to upload the consciousness. In other words, they want to move from AI robotic technology to give these robots a consciousness, number one, a machine. Then you have Elon Musk, who is also pushing human symobiosis with artificial intelligence. And then you have Peter Thiel. He has, he was, Peter Thiel was interview, and you can YouTube this interview. Please do. Just Google or YouTube Peter Thiel interview when he was asking about this concept of transhumanism. He hesitated three times when he was asked by the journalist who was interviewing him whether he preferred, does he prefer the human race to endure? The guy couldn't make a straightforward answer to that because he don't truly believe that. He wants to merge this perverted guy and this whole being air class. They want to create robots so they can eliminate the need of God's creation and procreation so they can merge sexual relationships and sexual intimacy from humans to robots. That is a nutshell. It's a simplified version of transhumanism. And they tried to cloak it with fancy eusamism, saying that it's something Christian, which is the money on its face. But you got a lot of unlearned Christians who don't study their word, who are so busy glorifying in an idolatrous manner, people just because they are. exuberantly wealthy and and many of these people got a lot of this wealth from public funding from the taxpayer conference of the United States taxpayers. Yeah they have they'll somewhat creative have creative teams and business teams around them but the fact of the matter is that you United States taxpayers play a major role in a lot of these billionaires, making them billionaires, making their companies A whole lot of money. And not only that, but many of these trillion hour corporations and being our corporations that many of a substantial amount of the American taxpayer glorify in an honor I in an idolatized manner. They don't pay zero in taxes. They take and take and take from the American taxpayers, and they give nothing back. Hope. Hope. Peter Jill, he hesitated when he asked whether he would prefer the human race to endure. Are you kidding me? Are you serious? He said, Peter still said, Dad healed that would you prefer the human race to endure, right? And the jurors asked him that three times. And before he finally answer with an explanation, he says, transhumanist worldview is radical transformation from your human natural body. It gets transferred to an immortal body. Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me, sir? That Can't be more opposite of what the word of God says. There's nothing immortal about man. Man has a limited divine occupation of time. And he has a godly, we have a godly timetable. And when God said that timetable is up, we can't negotiate it. It's time to G O. Whether you go back with God or you go back with your master Satan, but you're going somewhere. And it's not on your term and on your clock or your time frame. But Peter Thiel and Sam Alkman and even Elon Musk, they think that they are God because they got all this man-made glory, because they got billions of dollars and wealth and they figured that they can just make stuff up where Roblox now can replace everything. You see, AI is good in some area. But everything has to have a limitation. God gave made and created man and the heaven and earth and everything in it. But he gave us stewardship and dominion over everything he created. The wisdom, the knowledge, the understanding, all that comes from God, whether we admit it not. It doesn't negate the fact that God is still God, because we as an individual refuse to acknowledge who God is and the awesomeness of his power. And these humanoid robots, they sound good in the sense that, they can make life easier for you. They can clean, wash your dishes, they can wash your car, they can do all the things that we clean, we don't have time for because many people are too busy doing nothing. And we specialize in nothingology. We're tired of doing nothing. We're tired of doing nothing. We we complain, complain, complain. And many of us have PhDs in that. But yet we sit around here and we idolize these people. Not only that, but another one of these billionaires, Jeff Bezos. He has a corporation. He's backing the Unity biotechnology company that aims to quote find a cure for Asian. Well, God gave us the mean to do all kinds of things, but all these. capitalists and venture capitalists and these billionaire guys that I mentioned ultimately they want to justify a lifestyle an alternative law lifestyle to try to nullify the creation of God of human nature procreation of God and they want to merge this this this technology to to advance your own idiosyncratic Fetish of foolishness, mim or homosexual gay lifestyle. So they won't be able to take that the dimension of foolishness and go to the ultimate egotistical level, foolishness where you combine a robot AI technology to have emotional, spiritual consciousness. So you can eliminate everything that God created. You can eliminate the ability of the brain to put an AI brain to a human. So they can have sexual intercourse with each other. That's ultimately what they're trying to do. They can put the adjectives, the euphemism on it, but ultimately that's the freakiness, foolishness that they ultimately want to do. Why? Because they figure they got so much money, they got so much power, they got so much fame that they can say and generate and create evil, demonic stuff because people worship them a certain certain portion of our society because they all those people. Or worship idolatry wealth is being idolatized. Now, transition here. This Department of Justice once again has been determined by a federal judge to wrongly terminated Maureen Comey, the daughter of former FBI director James Comey, from a job, her job as a prosecutor. In D in 2025. Now the judge ordered her to be reinstated with back pay to her job. And see, this is the thing what we keep seeing with this DOJ here. They do things for a certain potential political population that sounds good and say, he's doing this and he was doing that. But ultimately it just costing taxpayers money. Now, this lady was reinstated and she had to be reinstated with back pay. So She got her job back. That seemed to be happening over and over and over again. It just causes a lot of people stress, mental anguish, and a whole lot of attorney fees that the taxpayer ultimately is gonna have to pay for. But not only did Jay's Cooman daughter get her job back, but Because she got a job back, in my opinion, the DOJ just had to just put themselves on a notice or record again. And now they are filing new charges as with breaking to come on the show today. so now James Comey has been charged again. is so fresh that we don't really know the nature of the charge as of yet, because this is their response to the ruling for his daughter earlier today. You can't make up this level of foolishness. Now, I know that there's a lot going on today in the world and a lot of serious issues, but in our power of God's sake, we want to address this, this public dress code. people go through the grocery stores to the malls, like what do you look in the mirror, brothers and sisters? What are we doing here? We going, we're going to the houses of worship. we don't, there's no honor. There's no respect. We go find people in courtrooms looking like they're going to the beach or or strip club. What are we doing? What are the cultural norms about how to present yourself? Parents, what are you teaching your children? The family shooting. Young fifteen-year-old teenager charged with eleven felon accounts in Tallahassee this morning. The judge is talking to this judge, talking to this kid, like he's talking to a lawyer. Usually I'm watching the video and I'm like, this is this is horrible. And the and the public fender, I don't know if she's a public fender, whatever lawyer that's representing him, wasn't really saying nothing. And the little kid was just all alone, like a deer in the headlight. And the judge is talking all these polis Islamic legal terms and things. That kid didn't have a clue. And he found himself in a very bad position because he's now charged with 11 felony counts. Now no one was has died from the incident yet. It remains to be seen. We're gonna be watching this story, but we're gonna talk about these issues and more. but no, let me back up a little bit before I close my ball through the mic section. And mine where I work and live at in central Florida, Winnipeg, Florida. Some racist white parents had the unmitigated audacity to call the Wonderport police station a couple days ago. Why did they call the police? Because a little black kid. Three-year-old little kid was in a sanctioned soccer game against five-year-old kids. And most of those five-year-old kids were white kids. And this one little black kid, I think his name is Navarra, I believe, was just like the Eric Jordan of soccer. And he was just scoring points and scoring points, and he was way shorter than those taller white kids. So Those white kids' parents didn't like the fact that this little kid, this little black kid was scoring all the goals. So what do they do? They call the police. They called the police on this three-year-old three-year-old kid in a sanctioned game. And this is what they told the police. He is too good. But yet he's the three-year-old playing against five years old. Okay, all of them was five years old. This is the nonsense of racism discrimination in this country. The mental Whom that this could do to this little three-year-old kid could be a lifetime. And we don't seem to get that, particularly as adults, when you do young kids like this. And so I'm gonna bring Greg in now because we got a big show for you tonight. And so no further ado, we're gonna bring in Greg. Greg, come on in, how you doing tonight?
Greg Fink: Good evening. How you doing tonight?
Charles Barfield: I'm doing good. I'm doing good. I'm doing good. So we got a lot on the plate tonight.
Greg Fink: You're.
Charles Barfield: I wanna I wanna let's start with the transhumanism because I think that's such a big topic, Greg. I believe that I believe this tension gets this this issue gets God's attention. I think very, very
Greg Fink: Yeah, I think it would. and just to clarify this is not transgenderism, this transhumanism. And so it's a different kind of trans.
Charles Barfield: Right, transhumanism. Yeah, we're not talking about trans transgenderism is when person said they was born a male, but they decide to be a female and vice versa. We're not talking about that. That's not the issue we're talking about.
Greg Fink: Right. These are more or less humanizing androids.
Charles Barfield: Yeah, transhumanism is in a simplified way, Greg. It's the idea of taking AI technology, which is like robotic
Greg Fink: Right.
Charles Barfield: technology, and making a robot where you can have feelings. and consciousness of a human. we have you know now they're a little bit advanced in China with this already Greg.
Greg Fink: Right, exactly, yeah.
Charles Barfield: China is already has this going on right now. Now there are legal limits in in in in in America but we go in that direction because these billionaires that I keep talking about earlier they pushing this. Now I'm not saying anything
Greg Fink: Yeah.
Charles Barfield: if a person wants to be gay they can be gay. Okay. this is America but I'm not trying to say this in a any kind of way. I'm very I'm saying this in a neutral way, but we have people like you know Sam Alton, Peter Steele. They're they they push this gay agenda, they proud to be who they who
Greg Fink: Right.
Charles Barfield: they are, okay? But they got money and influence,
Greg Fink: More deviantly.
Charles Barfield: and they're trying to move from the homosexual gay acceptance to a whole nother level with this transhumanism stuff. which is the combining a robot technology where ultimately you can have consciousness of a robot like a human, to be able to think like a human and to be to have sexual intimacy. Ultimately that's really what they want, in my view.
Greg Fink: Right, it's it's kinda the the guys who made that movie Cherry two thousand and all those other weird, strange movies back in the nineties and about how they're trying to humanize robotics and androids and and have people have relationships with them and so on and so forth and and that was all Hollywood and that was all a whole bunch of cameras and mirrors and smoke, hocus pocus and and ready cut action, that type of stuff. It wasn't reality. But now they're trying to make that and they're getting very good at turning that into a reality. That's a very scary reality that I don't think anybody ever took seriously. They took it as make believe back then, but I think they started r starting to wake up and realize that may believe is about to come r the real belief and it's scary and needs to be guarded and looked at very closely and avoided if possible.
Charles Barfield: Yeah, Greg, they're they're really trying to, really replace I think the human race. And they want to they have
Greg Fink: I know they're trying to replace it. They're trying to and in their opinion I think they're trying to enhance it by deh by by destroying it. And so I I I I think a lot of these guys think that humans are so flawed that their creation, their their mon their wonderful creation that they have put together with their algorithm, with their numbers and their mathematic equations are far superior to anything that God created and so that's what they're working on. That's the theory they got. They're gonna fail at it. That's a theory.
Charles Barfield: Well, well, Greg, this is what they're saying. Quote, one of them said, it's not that we get upgraded, but there's a new species in town. Take mark quip. Open AI AL CEO Sam Altman predicted this merger of man and machine on his blog in 2017. And he said, unless we destroy first, superhuman AL is going to happen. Genetic enhancement is going to happen. And brain machine interfaces are going to happen. Achieving transhumanism requires these unelected tech overlaw to reinvent what it means to be a human. So some are already pouring me into hacking the body like a machine in pursuit of immortality. See, they want to be able to be wealthy, go into a sexual perversion with a robot and and be immortal and live forever. And repeat this perpetually. That's my spin, my analysis of what they're really trying to do. and again, now China is a little bit more further with some of this technology, Greg, already, but we have these Americans trying to you know go go further. Now, we we all know about Jeffrey Epstein and all that stuff, with many of these Epstein files that's been covered up. now. That that that James Comey daughter who just reinstated one of the things that she was doing was made very clear she was going to try to make sure those the public get access to that Epstein file. So that's I I think that's one reason why she was kind of let go. But now the judges ordered her to be back on the case. But it it all this stuff, Greg, is is one rich, wealthy, demoney, perverted culture of elite people that influence our computers, our AI technology, and they control everything. They influence and control the stock market. Okay. So they monopolize the stock market from energy to everything because they're enormous wealth
Greg Fink: Right.
Charles Barfield: and and they don't pay no taxes most of them on nothing.
Greg Fink: Yeah.
Charles Barfield: Right. So we as Americans right now, Greg, we have an opportunity to make some changes right now in these November elections. We have politicians very clear by saying we we need support these data systems and different things
Greg Fink: Right.
Charles Barfield: that these being there support. You know who who's saying well some some people even even this Donald's, he's been on record on video in Florida saying that well, basically essentially saying that they're gonna happen, which means he basically saying if he's governor, they're coming to Florida. No doubt about
Greg Fink: Right, exactly.
Charles Barfield: it. So we have to be intentional about our responsibility as particularly as stewards. This is we didn't create this earth, God did, and he gave us the men. And a responsibility, okay, to be proper stewards of a grid. And we cannot allow these billionaires to play quote unquote God with his creation. Because I believe fundamentally everything God does, he does in the form of seed multiplication so that we can procreate and advance that for the good of each generation to his glory, giving him the glory and honor. And when we don't do that. We're asking for judgment, divine judgment. And I think that people who know God knows how to pray, it's time to pray, but it's time to act. You we cannot allow these being nails to bully us around, to not pay taxes on nothing, and try to dictate the money legislation. And that's what I believe this is. I'm very animated, I'm very passionate about this, because I really do believe this is the issue. Forget about a Republican, Democrat, independent issue. This is the kingdom of God issue that's urgent. We have to have a sense of urgency for this transhumanism movement. I believe prophetically in the spiritual realm that it's gonna provoke divine judgment, which could be destruction for us all. And we could,
Greg Fink: Right.
Charles Barfield: if we don't honor God in our discretion and stopping this. And standing on kingdom business, we're gonna mess around and invoke our all our earthly privilege of existence. Because man won't destroy this world, God will. But I believe we can play a
Greg Fink: Yeah, well.
Charles Barfield: role. We play a role in that, Greg, with our faith and and what we do. And this is the time we need to stand and be on team, God, on team Jesus Christ. And if anybody You we gotta set aside all these political differences in the ideological divisions and be united on this issue of transhumanism because it is evil. It is it is evil and it's couched into wealth, it's couched in the idolatry, it's couched into famous people who are billionaires, even though we don't pay no taxes on nothing. But because we as a population, we seem to glorify have idolatry worship of extreme wealthiness that that's that's like the it's it's like american way so to speak and god doesn't like that and this is a this is the issue in my spiritual pastoral pastor hat or preacher hat this is a big deal brothers and sisters of the show and i want us to get fired up and vote accordingly there are people Who the devil is using to try to to destroy the kingdom in God. And while we have a voice on this show, we're gonna make sure we make it loud, consistent, and perpetual that we are unapology on Team Jesus Christ on this show.
Greg Fink: Exactly. th th the whole idea here that, man just is so arrogant and conceived to think that they can just, keep on putting all this technology out there and I get technology is great to whenever it's useful, but it cannot replace who we are. It cannot replace our spirit and it's not gonna replace our soul. And I mean we were put on this earth to create the technology, not to have the technology create us. And so I mean, you know, it's it it's it's very s sad and bizarre how Everybody's using all this to manipulate the entire pr project that we are on, which is a human project, which was given to us by God and the Creator. And and it's just really sad and bizarre. But once again, it doesn't surprise me that people just always wanna think that they got the last the last call and the last shot. And the error against a man is is there. It's never gonna go away.
Charles Barfield: I agree with you, Greg. And let me let me go get get in the weeds, Greg. Sam Altman, you know, he he predicted that the brains of machines will ultimately merge. Like, you're not God, Sam Alton. You're not God.
Greg Fink: Yeah. I don't know why you think so.
Charles Barfield: Yeah, but but this is what he's he's comfortable publicly saying this. This is not something he's saying in some closet or some kind of back room private room, Greg. They're saying this stuff all open. Then he said, he goes on to say that that in he's trying to merge the labs or in in his research lab, he says, quote, the mission of bringing biological and artificial intelligence together, quote unquote. then we have Elon Musk. Elon Musk has a new Neuralink has been pursued. He's got a company called Neuralink. He got a lot of companies, you know, Elon Musk.
Greg Fink: Yeah, it does, yeah.
Charles Barfield: And one one of them is he's trying to pursue this technology. That lets the brain control computers. where they can just you can look at your brain and and you're control computers. it's unbelievable. Because Musk wants to give people quote unquote superpowers as well as simobioses with with A A L. so so that they aren't left behind as machine intelligence progressive. Again, they can use power salamic words, Greg. They can use whatever new adjective they want, whatever new euphemism they want. But at the end of the day, these billionaires are trying to play God, and it's time for the real people of God to stop quoting scripture and start living scripture and moving on kingdom business. And that's the thing. We let too much go when we know we have to, you know, faith. The Bible says faith without works is dead. So when we know better, we got to move on better. You don't need the Lord to tell you what he's already told you. When he'll give you the authority and the power
Greg Fink: Exactly.
Charles Barfield: to move, we got to move. That's our problem. We don't move on stuff as people thought.
Greg Fink: Well it's like a it's if people always want to keep on questioning God's direction and God's faith.
Charles Barfield: Yes, yes. He expect us to have the faith and bold be bold enough to move on what he's already given us, you know, because see look, Greg, these techno-humanists, like these billionaires I talked about, they want to colonize our brains and they want to reinvent our bodies, they want to deliver us from our
Greg Fink: Right.
Charles Barfield: our our pitiful organic state in their mind. They want us to be immortal, but we're not immortal. We were born to be imperfect because we have one perfect God. And see, they're fundamentally trying to play God. Whatever phrase they're using is all about trying to play God. And then they're trying to disguise it as being advancing and growing a group as a society. No, it's not growing a society. It's just that, you know, you're just being a very demonic person. And like you said, Greg, I like that terminology, the arrogance of mean. it's just it's just it's un it the arrogance of me is is just I guess historical. Because every time
Greg Fink: It is.
Charles Barfield: you you it's just it's just you keep you keep history just keep repeating itself.
Greg Fink: It is just repeats itself. And that's the
Charles Barfield: Yeah.
Greg Fink: reason why I get so frustrated whenever people keep on saying that this is the end or this is this or guys it's been like this for a long, long time. It's gonna be like this for a long, long time until the Lord's is done with it. And so I mean, you know, I I'm not too worried about what man says that the time frame is 'cause there is no time frame.
Charles Barfield: Well, I I I agree with that. I agree that fundamentally from a biblical standpoint. But I also believe this spiritual Greg is that we have discretion and like God has discretion and he give us free will to to self-abort his divine destiny for our life. We can sabotage that. We can self-abort that by overriding God's will and do and using and exerting our will. And I believe inaction is the strong kind of action. And I think with this transhumanism stuff, we we get so used to, you know, the version of AI from going to chat chat G G T or whatever, all the different ones. And we we see that that helps us in in in terms of business and things like that. But this is different. This transhumanism is it's just unethical, it's immoral, and it should be illegal. And we need to push the people who we elect. To get legislation to stop this as Christians that we believe in Jesus,
Greg Fink: Right. These big guardrails on this.
Charles Barfield: this is what we need to be doing. So
Greg Fink: Exactly. there is a there needs to be a lot stronger guardrails than this and to look into this because right now it's just a wild, wild west in the tech world.
Charles Barfield: Yes, I agree. I agree. Well, Greg, let's transition. we
Greg Fink: Yeah, sure.
Charles Barfield: we we we have a time frame on things. I know I'm real passionate. I'm very this transhumanism thing really gets to me. I I just I I I I I can I can see the dangers from a spiritual standpoint where it will quickly lead us if we don't get judges and legislators to change this law and prohibit some of the stuff. But let's go to
Greg Fink: Right.
Charles Barfield: our our Another issue, Greg. the federal a federal judge ruled today that Trump DOJ wrongly terminated Maureen Comey again to bring people friends of the show. Maureen Comey is the daughter of former FBI director James Comey. and she was wrongly terminated according to this federal judge from her prosecutor job with the DOJ in 2025. Now the judge ordered her to be reinstated. And get her payback for whatever those months was. I mean, I I don't know if it's maybe in a five months of cutoff, but anyway. But let's say who, let's describe who Maroon Comey really is. She was the chief prosecutor for the Southern District of New York, where they have real good lawyers there. And she was the one who prosecuted Jeffrey Epstein, as well as she was pursuing the case against his accomplice. who's in prison now and who has been moved on this current attorney general when he went to challenges her butne maxwell she also prosecuted sean diddy comb so she was like the big the big deal prosecutor in that division of New York. So so I I I imagine that the this administration wanted to get her down. But grab, but before the day, before we can come on the show, breaking news was the DOJ then since James Cone Comey daughter was reinstated. the DOJ then
Greg Fink: James gets charged.
Charles Barfield: charged the father James Comey again with with some charges. The charge is not specific yet, because obviously sealed, but from what the media is saying, and something dealing with classified doctors within like I mean we we've seen this we've seen this moving for so many different people with this classified information but we'll we'll wait
Greg Fink: So just a new script.
Charles Barfield: to see what what what what what that's gonna look like at the end of the day.
Greg Fink: Yeah, we'll see. Trump has his issue with James Comey. James Comey was doing basically false things to the Pfizer Court to go after Trump. So I mean to to be shocked about the vendetta, I mean I wouldn't be shocked now. Using that power as for the vendetta, that's a little different. That's not really it what's there for, but you know, humans are, you know, and this is actually probably one reason why Sam Altman and all those guys are working on the humanism idea, is that because Humans are extremely flawed in that area. And maybe if they had a robot version of Trump, he wouldn't be doing what the human version of Trump is doing, and vice versa with Comey. Maybe a robot version of Comey wouldn't be making up charges to the FISA court to go ahead and get somebody impeached or something. I mean, you know, who knows? Allegedly. All of it's alleged. But you know, it's just sad.
Charles Barfield: Yeah. yeah, well
Greg Fink: I mean th the the whole point here is that this is once again the human frailty is on full exposure on all the sides and it's gonna be C Interesting to see how the court objectively rules on this. Objectively I I mind you. Objectively, because we have no idea if there's
Charles Barfield: Well, what I think was gonna be interesting is
Greg Fink: gonna be a it depends on who the judge is and how objective it really is.
Charles Barfield: Well, Greg, this is gonna be I this is gonna be interesting thing about this to me is that the DOJ, the current DOJ, has said that when as soon as they make this order final, because I think there was some delay in another part of Ms. Quoman's case, I think one one issue the judge didn't rule on, and she has to a certain deadline the the file. Miss Comey on that particular case, that or that that section of a of a complaint. So and I think once that's done dealt with, I think that the this Joe J has said they're gonna appeal it. So my issue is what this what the Supreme Court of the United States gonna do. And they seem to do everything that this president wanted them to do. So that's gonna be interesting to
Greg Fink: Not everything.
Charles Barfield: me. Yeah. Yeah. So
Greg Fink: I do everything he wants. Do a lot though.
Charles Barfield: Yeah, they do a lot what he won't. They do a lot what he won't that's not within the purview of the other precedent. And and and there's a fundamental thing in law called stereo decisive, meaning let the decision stand, meaning you won't have consistency, you wanna have consistency in legal precedents, Greg. So we won't we'll look like we have a credibility as a court. So you don't be changing precedents so easily. But this Supreme Court has done this like repeatedly. There is no president they have they have kept. None. None. You know, but but yeah, so the the the and then we have Todd Blanch, who well, I think one of the the the the judge in this case, Greg, Furman, in his ruling for Maureen Comey in in the Manhattan district, he rejected DOJ's arguments that the then attorney general Pam Bundney could remove a federal prosecutor. at will, quote unquote, and without cause. And and then that the current AG Todd Blanche could ratify that after the fact. So there's a lot of different legal issues in there that really haven't been tested because there are certain things we call the law break j legal norms, meaning that there are certain things we don't really know the constitutionality, but there's certain respect for things that we don't do as a civilized kind of way of governing. And that's basically
Greg Fink: Right.
Charles Barfield: the legit the legalness of whether or not attorney general can remove a federal prosecutor at will without cost has not really been dealt with because you don't have nobody doing this. No other president or DOJ be doing it the crap that they do. So you you have administrative
Greg Fink: This is new.
Charles Barfield: law, you have legislative law, you see what I'm saying? So many things within the executive branch has never really been tested in the full, you know, a palette or legal branch in terms of administrative. They like apples and oranges. So a lot of times they don't they don't never get tested, great. But this guy here,
Greg Fink: Go Triple An.
Charles Barfield: yeah, Trump land, he is. He testing everything imaginable under this constitution. If you can imagine something, he testing it.
Greg Fink: It's all being tested. No, no, no, no, no. I i i it's not that extreme, but it is pretty whacked out. I will say,
Charles Barfield: Mm.
Greg Fink: the it once again I always go back to the point here that this is a president here who has not been publicly elected to any other office whatsoever in his life except for when he was president before when they impeached him twice. And so I mean, you know, I mean he he's doing things in a new way and and granted, I mean a lot of the other presidents we've had almost I think all of them had public policy experience before they got there in some form or manner and he has not. And so yeah, is he gonna do things I don't think he's doing it out of malice to break the constitution. I don't think he's doing anything to violate. I just i I think he's thinking outside the box a lot and, the way that a lot of us think that, a lot of us say, these laws are stupid all the time behind our bre underneath our breath and behind closed doors for years. And now you can have a guy who's elected who thinks a lot of these laws are stupid. And so and so he's trying to see which ones are gonna pass muster or which ones are are not. And so it's he makes interesting choices, interesting decisions. I don't agree with all of them, but it's exactly who everybody voted for. it's not a secret of who Donald Trump was. It nobody can say they didn't expect him to be like this and unless they just aren't being intellectually o honest with themselves or anybody around them. Now I will say I did not expect him to be like this in a lot of areas, but, part of who what he is is is he he's he's a very unexpected guy. So he he does a lot of things that, without us knowing what he's doing and that's, I did know that that's who we elected. And so it's kinda confusing. But it's an enigma that we have two more years of. And only two more years. He's not running for a third term like everybody thinks he is.
Charles Barfield: Well, Greg, I I agree that you're you're spot on correct in terms of he was very clear who he was before he ran. So for these people to act they're they're they're they're delusional or not intellectual
Greg Fink: Yeah.
Charles Barfield: honest if they're trying to say they didn't know he was gonna do what's particular when I when I hear like you know like forty seven percent of the Hispanic supported him in his last election. And they keep saying you see all the social media videos like like we didn't think he was gonna do this. He did tell you he was gonna deport, you know, certain people that didn't that look like you know they're Hispanic in nature. He said that. I mean it's not right, it's not illegal, but he did say that what he was gonna do. And they all voted for him, and then he said, then he started taking some of their relative spouses and shipping them to the country they never even even visited. Now suddenly pissed off with him saying, he told you the deal. You didn't believe him.
Greg Fink: That was a okay. Okay, what he told you he he said he was gonna deport people who were here illegally. Okay. He did not say he was going to support deport people who were here and follow the law to get here. Now that being said, yeah, some of them got wrapped up in the mix and and it's and the whole idea that they're sending him to countries that they never had ever been to before, that's that's kinda weird. and quite illegal.
Charles Barfield: Well great. D do do we not do
Greg Fink: So that it's also very scary. I mean, i if you've never been to El Salvador, you got sent to El Salvador and you're like, Well El Salvador or Guatemala the same way or Peru or whatever. I mean, you I I I'd expect them to be sent back to the countries that they came from, not to the countries that they did not. And so I don't think that happened on a very widespread area, but even just one or two is kinda creepy.
Charles Barfield: Greg, but this is the difference though. He showed us what he was doing when he was sending people the little babies back to in these little camps. Nobody knew what these
Greg Fink: What is it? Okay.
Charles Barfield: phantoms was. So he was showing us what he was doing, regardless of what he was saying. While he was in there, he was showing us he was taking little babies and sending them back. So what do you think that he was going to do to the adult?
Greg Fink: Hey, the the the well, first of all a lot of the babies are are talking about the ones that were human trafficked here who's their parents really were back there.
Charles Barfield: No, no, I'm not talking about I'm talking about the one that they had him in a quote unquote concentration camp for lack of better expression. Yeah, yeah.
Greg Fink: Yeah, once Obama built. Right, the the the camps at Obama built and Biden built and everything. Yeah, okay, yeah. So Yeah, yeah, yeah, they they they were there from two
Charles Barfield: No, Bom went by them and they built those camps okay.
Greg Fink: thousand eight and two thousand nine, they've been there.
Charles Barfield: You talking about Guatemala, Conroe Bay, and all that that's been there for every day. I'm talking about
Greg Fink: No, I'm talking about the ones in in Arizona. I told you the ones in Arizona and New Mexico.
Charles Barfield: what they was making, they was making their own I don't know what you call them, these sort of like accat kind of little camps all over and putting people there, sending them back. So they were already doing that without without without no
Greg Fink: Yeah, but Yeah, exactly. They were there before Trump got there.
Charles Barfield: regard to political asylum, without no judicial hearing, without no no degree. He he had been sending these people back. And a lot of them were children. Family was was divided. And the minute the judges were saying that, the courts were saying it was illegal, he couldn't do it. But he kept doing it anyway, defying the courts. So if if a person didn't want to believe or receive that, when the courts were, he would define the courts, when the courts were telling him. These people are entitled to due process. We have an immigration policy been in effect for decades
Greg Fink: Yeah we do.
Charles Barfield: that gives you political asylum, give you notice, give you due process. All that stuff was thrown out the window. And he was just doing what dictatorship kind of justice, whatever he wanted. And so so what I'm saying to you is that I I think that he was very clear about this immigration thing, because he was demonstrating it.
Greg Fink: Well he's very clear, but I I I I I gotta go back and do some research and see I mean what you're talking about because I don't remember him sending back babies or anything like that. I didn't know that they had talked about it, but I don't think that ever had happened and I I think that whole idea here is it you know, it's kinda like whenever you're a lawyer, whenever the parents go to jail, what the ha the kids usually go to foster care and so I think that that's usually kind of what should be happening. Yeah, I mean, y you just
Charles Barfield: Yeah.
Greg Fink: can't let the kids, you know, raise themselves. there had to be some somewhere.
Charles Barfield: No, they were sending the baby back, but I go further with this, Greg. You remember this was a pre-law. There was a pre-law to the birthright citizenship challenge. And he challenged that this been known since the beginning of our constitution about birthright citizenship. It's in the constitution. And he went, he he got mad at Scolding because this is the first time they actually disagree with you about this birthright citizenship deal. But he
Greg Fink: Right.
Charles Barfield: was already implying that. By separating those little babies already. Okay. So therefore, that I believe was the whole tester for the birthright citizenship. Because if he had the birthright citizenship justification from scholars, then he could say he was justifying what he was already been doing for his his so-called domestic immigration policy. So for people to say that they didn't know what he was gonna do, you didn't want to know what he was gonna do, because he showed you what he was gonna do. as far as that concern.
Greg Fink: Okay.
Charles Barfield: yeah, but let's let's let's now so any any any more comment as to Maureen Coleman or James Comey in his being
Greg Fink: No, I'm not really big fans of them, so I really don't care. I just don't care. I mean, you know, I mean the the
Charles Barfield: Yeah.
Greg Fink: the the fact is that she had the Epstein files for the entire Biden administration and actually she probably had them for the latter part of the other Trump administration. In fact, I'm sure most of the people in the FBI had So if there's a lot of there there, how come it hasn't been released before Trump even got elected here? How come it didn't get released if it before he got sworn in? How come it didn't get released during the Biden administration? How come you know, I mean, you know, it's you know, Merrick Garland and The other attorney generals. everybody has fallen on the sword here on this one here and or fallen on their face
Charles Barfield: Greg, Greg, I'm glad you brought that.
Greg Fink: rather.
Charles Barfield: I I'm gl I'm glad you I'm glad you brought that point because I finna I finna clarify that because it's very simple because I I hear that I I don't know. Some people
Greg Fink: That's a talking point I got.
Charles Barfield: use what you just said as a talking point. I'm not saying you use that talking point, but it is factually erroneous. And I'm gonna tell you why.
Greg Fink: Was erroneous.
Charles Barfield: Under the Biden administration, it was illegal to try to release this. Why? Because it was a court order. You could not do it under Biden. It was you we'll we live in the law of
Greg Fink: Well they have judges that can undo those orders.
Charles Barfield: well, the judge had first of all, it it was it was still in litigation, which means when you appeal something, Greg, it's not final. Okay, so there was in
Greg Fink: Right, yeah.
Charles Barfield: in the Biden administration, this thing was still in litigation. So it was no finality about what to do with this so this so-called file. Cause it wasn't no no finality legally on that, because people still was threatening appeal and and using lawyers to file injunctions
Greg Fink: Right.
Charles Barfield: and all that kind of stuff. So it was still in litigation mode. So until the litigation, the litigation mode wasn't finished until the new Trump administration. So to say that. Biden could have done it. He couldn't physically or legally do it because it was still in litigation. There was no there was no closure finality in the law. So you you can't do anything while something is still in litigation. That's what I'm trying to say.
Greg Fink: Well it's kinda funny that they want to hide behind the law whenever, they w they have no trouble hiding behind the law or or or or not caring about the law whenever they do. I mean, it's just very situationally so you know. It it's like a law buffer.
Charles Barfield: Well someone could have someone could have under under the old way where we do of in terms of obeying the law, Greg, someone could have went to jail. Freedom is a good thing and you appreciate it more when you don't have it.
Greg Fink: Well yes. Well, hey, we we got this here whole thing here. Well, we got this whole thing here with Hope Florida, which the entire thing is based on a leaked grand jury thing, which, we all know grand juries are confidential until they're released and the whole thing s was started with by something that was leaked, which actually is illegal as well. You're not supposed to be leaking grand jury decisions before the grand jury releases it. me we and we see this happening in politics and and lawfare all over the country every day where people are leaking things without And so so how come they didn't leak the upscene stuff if it was so if it was so overwhelmingly, transparently bad and they how how come I I I understand what you're saying, there's a court order, but can't they do an appeal to to to get a judge here to reverse a court order on that?
Charles Barfield: Yeah, they could have. They could have I agree with that point. Yeah,
Greg Fink: In right in there.
Charles Barfield: they they what they they could have. They could have. They could have. But d a lot of people
Greg Fink: Because some of them were probably on the list.
Charles Barfield: Could be. There could be. But yeah, there could be a no doubt that they could have tried to go back to court and appeal this. But many, many administration correct, besides this information, this administration, do not go up and actively use the DOJ as their personal law firm. Most presidents just let the DOJ do what they do. They are independent. They're supposed
Greg Fink: Have you seen Trump's lawyers? They're pretty bad.
Charles Barfield: to be independent.
Greg Fink: Well, they
Charles Barfield: Fundamentally.
Greg Fink: are, but a lot of them might have good lawyers on the outside, but Trump has not had a really good lawyer. he he keeps losing all of his cases. And so what does he do? He he gets his personal lawyer to become the the attorney general. So what do you expect? Of course he's using it as his own personal law firm, basically. he has his personal lawyer as A G, duh. And secondly, it it's not like he's it's not like he's had a good lawyer except for Todd Blanch, who's actually a pretty good lawyer, but He he keeps losing his other cases in the private sector all the time. So obviously the lawyers ain't all that good either. Or the cases aren't that good or maybe a combination of both. Who knows?
Charles Barfield: Yeah, you're right, you you you're correct on that, but this is why. Most serious, legitimate lawyers do not want to be associated with the clown circus that he brings. And he has a history of not
Greg Fink: I was gonna say
Charles Barfield: paying his lawyers. That's two reasons why he doesn't
Greg Fink: Yeah, why?
Charles Barfield: have the best, the best competent lawyers.
Greg Fink: Well, goes back to the very beginning of the show when you talk about this is an entertaining administration. This is an entertainer, okay? he he he's he's a president of the United
Charles Barfield: Yeah.
Greg Fink: States, but he's also a developer of and he's not a developer of of malls or high rises. I he's a developer of condos and and and casinos and and and hotels. I mean, he he's an entertainment developer. I mean he's not a he I don't I read I'm not aware of too many hospitals or school facilities or colleges that the Trump people have built. But I am aware of a lot of casinos, hotels and entertainment venues that they have helped, at the ballroom. they're they're working really hard on the ballroom. they they they they work in a lot of entertainment sectors and and their development apparatuses as well and and he then he had a T V show. So yeah, you you got an entertainer here who's the president of the United States and so That's the reason why I say, the straw, the the mold has been broken with this president and it's I don't think we're ever gonna have another one like this. And I think this is the first and the last hurrah of the entertaining presidents like this for our country, and especially in your lifetime of mine. And so yeah, that's the reason why a lot of things are new and breaking and weird and bizarre. But it's gonna be over in two years. Then we'll be back to
Charles Barfield: Well. Yeah. Well.
Greg Fink: regular boring policy guys who've been elected before and it's gonna be very boring.
Charles Barfield: Well, Greg, let's let's go to our power God
Greg Fink: Okay.
Charles Barfield: is session. And it's a very simple thing. Is that I'm just really tired of people dressing like they have no respect, like the parents are not
Greg Fink: yeah.
Charles Barfield: teaching enough. You got people in in in in the grocery store looking like they going to a strip joint. I mean in court, same thing. And then and
Greg Fink: I know.
Charles Barfield: and the one of the things that really getting me, Greg, is that and even church people, I'm seeing these women, maybe it's just me, my over the masculine mentality, but I don't like this concept or this new gig where these women are wearing these men ties, the the ties and and even these movies and devil will I I think the devil is dirty and don't play fair. He's sublimally sneaky and he's getting these women he'd be wearing these men ties to get out of your ungar and feminine robe it's it's all big setup the way we dress the way we We just we just gotta get back to basic stuff. a
Greg Fink: Yeah.
Charles Barfield: man should act and govern like a manly male and a female should go govern like a a female. That's our godly creative nature that God designed us. And so I know I'm gonna get a lot of comments about that, but I don't believe in the alternative lifestyle, but this is our show and this is our opinion. So you can you respect and disagree on that. So Greg, I gave you a last word on that before we close out.
Greg Fink: Yeah, I think a lot the peop people just need to respect their their clothing out. just just respect their bodies a lot more, I think. we we see people out there who are just dressing just however, and that's just everybody needs to step it up. I I've
Charles Barfield: Yeah, yeah.
Greg Fink: been I've been guilty of that myself for years and I'm not guilty of it anymore, but actually probably not ten or fifteen years. But back in the day If I didn't, have any respect for myself or respect for people around me, I just dress however. But just be proper.
Charles Barfield: Well, I'll I'll I'll I'll quote Thurgood Marshall. One of my favorite quotes from him in law school was when you know better, do better. That's gonna be that's gonna be a show tonight. Greg,
Greg Fink: Exactly. Pull your pants up.
Charles Barfield: you got something to say? Well, thanks for joining
Greg Fink: What?
Charles Barfield: us tonight, Greg. And we're gonna say you know, walk in power, treat each other right and join us on all the platforms, subscribe and treat each other right. And always rock on. Good night, everybody. Thank you joining us, Greg.
Greg Fink: Yeah.
Charles Barfield: Goodbye.
