OM DETTA AVSNITT
In this co-creative episode for CatieMenke.com and the podcast Make that Ish Beautiful with Catie Menke, we talk all about communication.
The month of May is all about communication at CatieMenke.com, and Kendall Merritt is honored to share some tools and perspectives to consider when it comes to communication.
We first get to look at our communication through the lens of WHY it's important... to create safety in ourselves and our relationships.
We want to feel safe expressing the full range of our emotions, especially in partnership.
Kendall shares a bit about the lineage of teaching that she follows from David Deida and John Wineland about the 3 stages of our needs and how each of those stages contributes to our communication.
We also look at how communication can connect with polarity and how to keep our hearts open in communication.
We also give a few tools to use in prioritizing healthy communication so that you can build the muscle of making communication sacred.
