BE SOLID (with Mona Ray)

TW: Suicide is briefly mentioned, but "trigger warning" is said just before it. If you feel inclined to skip over this part, please skip from 32:55 to 34:18.

We've got Mona Ray in the house. Covering topics from ego death and her love for books to navigating trauma and the importance of your relationship with yourself. Speaking from a more healed space, Mona has written a New Adult fiction titled "Norah Wolfe Has Gone Insane". We dive into the concepts covered and there's even some detail to give you a glimpse before you make your purchase! Stay tuned for details on the publication date. (I will update it here)

Marcell Rév, if you are listening to this - Mona would loveeeee to speak with you.
